One of my personal favorite villains ever, this my own little version of a tribute to Heath Ledger's joker from The Dark Knight. This makeup tutorial is surprisingly easy and can be done with all the products recommended, or a mix of them to achieve the kind of Joker you're able to do!
Also, Krispy Kreme, if you see this, Franklin deserves the biggest promotion ever. We go most of the time just in hopes that he's working. Just sayin.

My sfx makeup instructor used me as a model and uses that stuff that you used for the scar indention by Kyrolan on my lips and never told me how to properly take it off and my lip is uneven now. Listen to Mykie, guys. Lmao.

Heath Ledger did his own makeup with drug store makeup. Then to replicate it everyday they took several pictures for reference and asked the makeup artists to repliacte it for the rest of the shooting.

Thank you! That's such a lovely thing to hear. :) Most of my videos have been edited on Final Cut Pro 7 but I recently switched to shorten compression times/a few other things so the last four or so videos have been edited on Adobe Premiere Pro CC, including this one.

Just a small tip (video was absolutely amazing btw) If you put latex down before the rigid collodian it won't hurt your face and is easier to remove.
Very true and a great tip! I don't prefer that way because I find the collodion doesn't pucker the skin as much with a layer of latex down first but it's certainly a good option for people to know about who are more concerned with skin sensitivity!
+Glam&Gore That makes perfect sense ! I actually didn't know you could put it directly on the skin. I'm in makeup school right now and they won't let us, but I've definitely noticed how it doesn't seem to do much! I'm anxious to try it without the latex now. Thanks for your tips and tricks sways learning something new from your videos!

Hi! An easy male Harley Quinn would be to do it in the style of a male harlequin/jester with her colours, like the hat with the bells on it and two tone top, more like her original outfit from the comics minus the jumpsuit maybe... Hope this kinda helps :)

+isislife91 most sf x contacts are not prescription but their are only few kinds that are prescription but that's due to regulations in the field. the ones used in films are painted custom contracts they hurt after have few hours . i get mine at horror conventions at that i vendor at for my makeup business like walker stalker Con .
ListenxtoxWhispers i get mine from walker stalker con which is official walking dead con and monster mania which happen to be two of biggest horror con's . and i dont need a prescription to get them from this company they are approved they are same one's you get off online never had problem. the company is based out Atlanta ga. you dont need prescription for non prescription lenses cause comes in one size only. and i wear prescription lenses. btw one time i ordered lenses from vamp fangs yes they asked for prescription but guess what they never called my eye doctor cause i checked to check make sure they sent me correct ones.

For those wondering: Yes this is perfectly possible to do with latex instead of 3rd degree, I just did it.
I did use rigid collodian though, but for me that was somewhat accessible, other than the 3rd degree.
I just stippled clear latex over and around the ridges created by the collodian and it worked like a charm, I'd even say that it looked way better than just the collodian as I tried before, because that peels easily from the edges and the latex adhered it beautifully. I didn't even use any cotton, I just layered many, many thin coats of latex with a sponge and painted it.

holy shit. you are fucking amazing. Not just with makeup, but you're such a complete artist. You can see the quality of work throughout the entire process of this video. I'm sorry, but honestly, I don't even wear a stitch of makeup and it just isn't my passion in the slightest..... buuuuuuut seeing someone do what they love to do and is clearly born to do, is more than inspirational. Even for a writer like myself. just insane amount of talent.
