So this hotel charged me 7600 dollars for a room I didn’t step foot in august after the Maui fire. That’s really awful. I can’t get hold of anyone there. They just blocked me on Facebook. I just want my money back. They promised the charge would get dropped when I booked other rooms in the hotel.
