  • In this episode we show how to remove the fire control group, hammer and trigger parts, from your AR15. We have some reviews coming soon that will start from a receiver with those parts removed. This video will get you to that point so you are ready to install the trigger of your choice. You will need a small hammer and punch, the punch we are using is 1/8".

    Nice video, but it would be nice if you had a white shirt. The parts blend in with your gray shirt.

      we would have to charge extra for that

      @@Learningfirearms never wear a white shirt at a gun bench or while eating spaghetti. I learned the latter in the military.

    5:10 does this mean I can loosen the handle and turn the safety to what would be full auto and it would actually make it full auto?

    • @MJA5
      @MJA5 Před 3 lety +2

      yeah, exactly. Be sure when you re-tighten the pistol grip you don't leave that safety in the full auto position or it will just spray full auto anytime you insert a magazine. The AFT will surely hear it go off in your mom's basement. Airsoft BBs will be everywhere.

    4:11 "and the trigger comes right out, just like that." No it doesn't. Fail.

    • @Learningfirearms
      @Learningfirearms  Před 5 lety +5

      Apparently you think we are lying, but as shown in the video...the trigger comes right out, just like that

    • @dannylandrum7899
      @dannylandrum7899 Před 5 lety

      Well no it doesn't. Not the vast majority of them. It's well know that you have to punch the selector out part way so you can rotate the flat part to the front to pull it it out. I mean, I appreciate the effort, but it's just not complete for the vast majority of people who are trying to follow this.

      It’s almost like we talked about that right after I removed the trigger...oh wait I did

    • @dannylandrum7899

      Well I stopped listening once you said something that is patently and demonstrably untrue ("and the trigger comes out, just like that") - why would I keep watching after you said something that is wrong and is the specific reason I looked up a video in the first place, because mine didn't come right out?

    • @Learningfirearms
      @Learningfirearms  Před 5 lety +2

      A lot of them do. But some don’t. The one in the video did as have countless others that I’ve worked on. However some also need to have the selector removed or rotated. Best regards
