2020 Silverado RST w/ bose. Infotainment goes black after Chevy Splash Screen.

- Tried removing the infotainment Fuse
Tried disconnecting the battery for 15min
Tried holding down Home and Next buttons for 15seconds.
Tried holding down end call button for 15 seconds.
Tried turning truck on. turning it off and leaving door open for 2 minutes then restarting truck.
If you plug your phone into a USB port you will notice the phone starts charging, stops charging, stops charging. like the unit is restarting over and over.
recent Otay update occurred less than a week ago.
