Yeah I hear you man. Honestly I’m just trying to find a niche, trying to emulate other styles I see on CZcams. I know my titles and thumbnails have been dramatized the past few ones but again, I’m trying to see what people respond to. Being in front of the camera and making all this is pretty tricky, some I’m trying stuff. What would you change?
I've always wondered about the password JDM ones, they look like the Spoon one, but with weight on it, but I think it might be larger? The Spoon knob is actually really small and is great on the track and like how it doesn't weigh anything in comparison to the very heavy shift knobs so it is a different feel. Though I just tend to switch out knobs on my mood lol. Currently I rotate between a Spoon, Mugen, and OEM RSX 5 speed shift knob lol. Sometimes I like some weight on the knob, but other times I need to switch it out, but I do find some knobs are just way to heavy and not fun to drive on. I have a spare Spoon knob that Im not using if you want it and to try it out. I have no problem mailing it.
I like the idea of what you said, just switch them out on your mood. I’m gonna give that a try for a while. So far I’ve used the KTuned and Battlecraft the most. While I like the Battlecraft feel the best, it’s sits a little too tall for my liking. I’d need to put in an adjustable shifter so I could position it lower. KTuned one being shorter I’m liking at the moment. PWJDM one yeah, looks pretty close to a Spoon one. But I’d stick to your Spoon one lol
Do you have the 40 or 44mm battlecraft shift knob for your car? Would you say it’s wider than the stock shift knob? I want something about the same width as my oem
I believe I have the 40mm. I can't really comment on it being any wider than the stock one because I haven't used a stock piece in over 10 years. Any aftermarket knob is going to feel different to the stock piece. Even if the width is the same, the shape is very different, which leads to you grip it different.
ADDING A "WASHER & BOLT" UNDER THE SHIFT BOOT MAKES A BIG LOOKING DIFFERENCE FROM THE GAP FROM THE TOP OF THE BOOT AND BOTTOM OF THE SHIFT KNOB BELIEVE ME YOU'LL ENJOY THE LOOK

Bought a Titanium Shift knob. By far THE FIRST AND LAST to get.
Skunk 2 weighted gear knob is by far the best but it’s my personal opinion

Have you considered delrin? It's comfortable to grip in both extreme heat and cold.
I’ve heard of that before but haven’t tried one. Spoon makes a derlin version don’t they? Seems like a good idea
