i'm not that great, but id say ping who you want to hack before a team fight start (usually hack supports) so your team helps you. if you want more tips i recommend watching fitzyhere, he's the best sombra youtuber imo
The hack lasts 8 secs, but it disables abilities only for the 1.7 first secs. Hacks now provide wallhacks for you and your team. A hacked target will now receive +40% damage from Sombra.

I always look at the abilities and if they’re slanted then it’s Overwatch 1, if they are straight then it’s Overwatch 2
