Amritsari Pindi Chole
Ingredients
2 Cups Kabuli Channa (Soaked in water 8-10 hrs.)
2 Tsp. Chai patti
3-4 Glass Water
1/4 Tsp. Baking Soda
Salt as per taste
Spices
Khadi laal Mirch 4 pcs.
Tej Patta 1
Khada Dhaniya 1 tsp.
Jeera 1/2 tsp.
Kaali Mirch 12-13
Laung 8-10
Javiitri 2pcs.
Choti Elaichi 5
Daal Chini small piece
Badi elaichi 1
Kasuri Methi 1 tsp.
Anardana 1 tsp.
Ajwain 1/4 tsp.
Amchoor Powder 1 tsp.
2 tsp. Mustard oil
Heeng 1/4 tsp.
Garlic 7-8 cloves
Hari Mirch 1
1 chopped onion
Haldi 1 tsp.
Kashniri Laal mirch 1/2 tsp.
Tomato puree of 2 tomatoes
Imli Ka Paani
