It's basically a Crazy Tuna Roll with some added changes that really give this roll an amazing result. The torched salmon gives the fish a nice texture while the spicy salmon gives the finish a great pop. This is a must try when you visit so we hope you'll order it the next time you're in.     About Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada:
    Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada is one of the top Japanese Chefs in the entire world and the most popular Japanese chef on CZcams.
    At age 10, Terada learned the basics of sushi from his father and then went on to attend RKC Chef's School in Kochi, Japan from 1987-1989. He soon earned a nickname for his fast knife, attention to detail, divine presentation and ability to create new dishes and accents based on traditional Japanese cuisine. After graduating RKC Chef School, he was called to serve under Master Chef Kondo at Yuzuan restaurant in Kochi, Japan from 1989-1992. Mr. Kondo is the master of Kansai style cooking, considered to be the high-end of Japanese cuisine. Terada earned the title Master Sushi Chef by becoming the standing head sushi chef & can serve Fugu (Japan Licensed) to the public.

    Amazing video! The craftsmanship behind this is a spectacular delicacy. This definitely inspires me to create my own sushi. awesome work, awesome chef and concise but delicious looking sushi, and the fact that Hiroyuki mentioned that it is a 15 year old recipe makes it that much more intriguing and appealing. This leaves me motivated.

    Using kimchi sauce originating in Korea, mayonnaise originating in France, Sriracha originating in Thailand, rice originating in China, salmon from Faroe Islands, avocados originating in Mexico, nori from Japan, prepared by a Japanese chef in an American restaurant. Took the true definition of American melting pot to made this incredible augmented Japanese dish.

    Thank you Chef Hiro! Great video! I made this roll as per your instructions (found the Kimchee Sauce on Amazon), and this roll turned out delicious. Everyone loved it, and even just the aroma of the sesame oil and salmon as they were being mixed together got everyone's appetite going!

      +Hiroyuki Terada - Diaries of a Master Sushi Chef when i was at work today i was thinking about not many chefs are as passionate, humble, dedicated professional as you are and because of that you are a true master. i used to work in the kitchen as a cook and ive encountered alot of arrogant chefs and some chefs tell me that theyve have worked in 4 star hotels and that im not certified enough... your a definition of a great chef.. i was kind of dissapointed you only had 200,000 subscribers with your content you deserve alot more. i wish one day you will be able to acheive more success and who knows youll turn out to be a huge role models for others as well

      Well. As a cook in japanese restaurant.
      We mostly use sriracha or turong sauce for spicy menu since it's good enough for the sushi maki (half cooked).
      While japanese chili, like togarashi or wasabi is use to handle sashimi menu (Raw seafood).
