- Upon leaving the hospital, the emergency doctor recommended that I take it easy for the next few weeks, and with all that is happening in the world, I agree and feel it is best as it is taking a toll on me seeing what all is happening with our kids. I will keep everyone in my prayers; I love you all and will see you again soon; thanks and be blessed.❤️❤️❤️

Please take some deep breaths, meditate and pray, going for walks really helps me. The media definitely wants us to keep seeing those images to keep people in a constant state of fear, anxiousness and anger. You have to protect yourself, especially if you are empathic and absorb those negative images.
