The best and easiest recipe to make crispy fried chicken without any buttermilk!
Ingredients and steps:
2 chicken breast (cut in strips)
Or use 500g chicken tenders
Add 1 egg
2 tbsp yogurt
1-1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp garlic granules
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp onion granules
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
Mix everything
Marinate the chicken for atleast 2 hours.
For Dry Coating:
2 cups plain all purpose flour
1 cup cornflour/cornstarch
1 tbsp garlic granules
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp onion granules
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
Mix everything. Set aside.Coat the chicken in dry coating.Dip it in the marinade again. Coat with dry coating again. Let the chicken rest for 15 minutes
Before you start frying it.
Deep fry on medium high heat , 7-8 minutes each side.
For chilli Oil:
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic granules
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp black pepper
Pour the hot oil from fried chicken pan. Once the chicken is ready. Drizzle the chilli oil on it and enjoy!
