HUGE PERU SUGAR BOWL GOURDS GROWING IN MY ARCHWAY THEY LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS HEAT!!!

Huge Peru Sugar Bowl Gourds growing in my archway! How beautiful are these? I grew these from seed and have noticed the big boom in growth with all this heat! We have been under a heat advisory for about 3 days or so and these vines have just taken off! There are so many beautiful gourds hanging and they are all getting so big. I'm going to allow them to grow most of the season to see what types of lovely shapes I can get! I also have bottleneck gourds growing but have yet to see a pollinated one. How absolutely beautiful are these with the pops of green and white. It is also providing a much needed area of shade in my garden. I have benches underneath so I can sit and enjoy all the ongoing nature in my garden!
