    Good job. Very thorough except an explanation about the TRACTION key. I have recently purchased 2008 ED with no owner's manual. You have helped me tremendously. Many thanks!

    I too have this car and i related hard when you talked about your backpack and being prepared for doing things because you hate being without things, my back two rows are basically for what-ifs

  • @MybeautifulandamazingPrincess

    My big brother has this truck, but it's an early 90's generation (the boxy one), Ford trucks are the quintessential american teen trucks lol
    what I like the most about other than the comfort of course and safety it provides because of its size, is the rear window that opens independently from the tailgate, it's incredibly convenient when you're out and about shopping, i hat how trucks now lost that feature, most trucks from that era had it

    Not too shabby.
    How does it drive, corner?
    Does it feel old?

    Two weeks ago I bought a 2007 Ford Explorer limited with a 4.6L v8 so far I love it, it has navigation heated seats sunroof high mileage but runs and drives great

    About to buy this but I am a bit worried about the transmission issue that some people are reporting. Overall it seems to have great reviews. I have a family but not a fan of minivans. Great review actually. Covers a lot of my questions in such a short video. Thanks.

      No problem, I do have to say that gas maybe a problem depending on how you drive. Plus if you are gonna haul a whole 7 people plus stuff try to get the V8. The V6 works wonders as well..surprisingly still fast for a V6 but a V8 will save money if towing weight.

      @@ibenzawla i agree with you but honestly you will face hell with these transmissions i own one the 07 model it only has 120 thousand miles with the second transmission and a rebuilt engine but i know a friend that never had any issues with it and his explorer is 09 with more than a 100 thousand miles in conclusion you might be lucky or you might be screwed 50/50 chance

      I have one 07 XLT 4 x 4 I have been driving this suv for a little over 4 years daily and never had problem never change transmission fluid but I change engine fluid on time it’s running like brand new . I bought it 90,000 Miles on it and now is 164,000 miles runs great I just changed AC fan resister and put new tires and break pads that cost me about $800 dollars after four years that’s the only money I spent beside timely oil change so the bottom line is it’s amazing suv highly recommend.
      ONE OF THE BEST SUV FORD EVER BUILT.

    Do you still have this vehicle? Im looking for a few horn sound effects to add in a game, and I'm curious if you could send an MP3 of the horn. If you do decide to record it, could it sound clear, and atleast last 2-3 seconds? Thanks.

      Some Explorers were equipped with Police Interceptor horns as Explorers were used in various states as trooper vehicles. You may want that sound.

    • @mcfgotmillk
      @mcfgotmillk  Před 6 lety

    • @Avenged188
      @Avenged188 Před 6 lety

      Mcfgotmillk I added a button to the extra options next to the heated seats. I think I used the one that's for optional pedal adjustment, I don't have or need it. There's soo much room for other aftermarket things in this explorer. I'm adding blinkers under my mirrors next week

    • @mcfgotmillk
      @mcfgotmillk  Před 6 lety

      The lights in my grill are warning lights they're not turn signals or anything like that but yeah there is a lot of room for aftermarket things
