On Royal Caribbean website or is any other with better value for money. 2: We are planing to take my 80+ year old parents. Is this safe (in terms of rolling and other aspects) for super senior citizens ?

Yes, it is safe ... but consider their medical condition as well ..as mid ship, you will not have any medical facility if needed....the ship moves smoothly, so that ways it is convenient. Also, one has to walk a lot inside the ship, so check that as well.
Do they charge extra for another person but no requirement of room? We are 3 members in a family, my mum dad and I, so do we have to pay for 3 or just 2 and some extra for food?
We were 3 and we choose a room which can accommodate 3 easily....so while choosing room u can select the one which can accommodate 3 adults , payment would be accordingly ( part of room charges not separate)

Get ready with your bags packed and clear all payments at night only .....get up and have ur breakfast, and then u can get out of the ship .....not a lot of leverage they give, but 1 hour is fine ... we had left the ship by 7.30 AM

Irrespective of u visiting port or not u do not need visa .......u need only if u wish to deboard the ship at any place

No and that is why people take the drink package..... but the breakfast and lunch timings are quite long to enjoy selected beverages

We already had the booking at Le Meridian for another 1 day ...In ur case i suggest to book any place on an hourly basis
