I had a close friend in high school whose family was bathe with the hose outside poor; she couldn’t buy tampons and pads. Our school provided some but they were the kind that hurt you and make you itchy. My father, who was a single father to me, would every month buy me and her both what we needed. I would bring it to her regularly. So I hope schools provide comfortable products and not that crazy cardboard stuff. These young girls deserve a sense of comfort.

Unfortunately, it will barely help anyone and only be a waste of tax dollars. It sounds like a good plan, but kids would need to take only what they need to use & dispose of the items properly. Sadly, kids are not taught to treat other's property with respect, so they will just waste these products and trash the bathrooms for the next horrible TickTok challenge. Destruction of property crimes should be punished. If not, it will happen more. I've got kids elementary to high school and the principals have notified parents of these issues over the last few years.

largely, as a faux-good-economy stat, the trump admin lowered interest rates during the pandemic (where normies obviously were trying to get by and weren't buying real estate) so anyone uncertain in the stock market (at the time was trivial outlook) to encourage the spending. I have two properties and leave them vacant. The cost to (inevitably) evict tenants every few years negates any income made. Los Angeles is just plain hostile to landlords so I just keep them vacant and let them build equity without the headaches of being a landlord. I also don't give a flock about the homeless issue because Los Angeles will still punish you when even when you attempt a justifiable eviction! Tenants "rights" groups and Los Angeles housing protecting scumbags just adds to the homeless problems.

Unfortunately tenants will only pay for a few billing cycles and then begin the same old game of not paying rent and then you say to yourself "here we go again."
