Met and chatted with Phil lots of times when we were on holiday and also when we lived there. Absolute gentleman, always upbeat and chatty, need to pop in a see him next time we get over. Again, loving the catch up, which has become a Sunday night ritual for my wife and I.

Great video as always Dave, visited Fuerteventura back in 2002 when we stayed at the Sunrise Beach in Costa Calma, did a full island tour but never made it up to Corralejo. Keep thinking about a trip over when we're back later in the year but the boat puts me off haha!

Was over in Fuerteventura a couple of weeks ago in the allua suites but back to our fave place H10 rubicon palace early March.
We were in puerto del carmen last year, bit busy for us really but we found an amazing place to eat. Maritoni, it was amazing, I think you should do a video of the place to give people an idea just how good it is.
It’s not a magnificent frontage but the food is amazing.

Hi Dave, Really enjoyed this video of Fuerteventura as I’ve never visited it and didn’t know much about the island. Keep this up, hope there are more to come. I agree with yourself that you need to travel more away from the usual sights of Lanzarote to show what else is out there. 👊🏻

Playa Dorada is beautiful
Hoping to come to Playa Blanca mid January, been looking at MYND Yaiza, can you advise is it far from the Rubicon Marina, especially walking back at night,?

The beach is stunning at Corralejo sand dunes,be aware you may need to avert your eyes at times lol, and i would visit again as a day trip, but Lanzarote is still the best for me

I have to disagree with you there I was in 2006 on the princesa ico from puerto del carmen to corralejo . And I thought was fantastic you could go down bottom and see the fish from glass window

They were told you must never say 'Bloody', it's the worst thing you can say to an English man.
