Messi is the strength of the team. Without him, the team becomes harmless
Team without Messi : Messi is the strength
Team without Ronaldo : Ronaldo is the problem.
Second reply
Messi is the problem
After this game you realized how important Messi and Alba are.
And Campana
@Highlight Clipshe played đ and lost .
@gorcsauce696 He was the only scorer for Miami tho đ„±
@GorcSauce69 Ik and he has 5 goals in the last 3 matches. Heâs putting up Messi numbers without getting the same amount of credit.
@Highlight Clips yeah but messi is a lot more than just goals. sure he's putting up numbers slightly behind messi but he doesn't really influence the game beyond that, not that he is expected to
This game just shows us how important just Messi and Alba are in this team
They are important, but logically, they probably would have lost today regardless.
The disrespect to Campana who has scored the last 3 games in a row đ€Šââïž
@Apophis XOdoubt it because Messi is a playmaker that creates opportunities and also those defenders wouldâve been all over him which gives the rest of the team more space and alba being the lb that pushes forward to create more attacking opportunities
*what about busquets?? đ yall were meat riding him before*
Tickets were CRAZY high when everyone expected Messi to play. After the announcement of him or traveling to Atlanta to play, the dropped almost 5x the original price . Thatâs insane
Lmao good i hope those people lost good money
Messi's impact is unreal
How did he help them in this game?
@Kevin Emilio Videos messi can create changes, with score or asists he will make score 5-5 , i believe that, remember dallas fc, how important messi make 4-4
@Kevin Emilio Videos that's the point bud lol are u slow?
*By impact you mean Gifted freekicks??* đ
You never realise the importance of Messi and Alba, when they play the confidence of Inter Miami is on a different level.
Busquets was there.
How about⊠Atlanta did really good.
â@han121Atlanta did into GOD mode without Messi.
@han121 You're both correct
Its honestly crazy how messi won the leagues cup with this team
Element of surprise
that's why the other fanbase say that all of Messi's match is scripted because how Messi makes the impossible to become reality.
@Gita WahyuniAtlanta would have beaten Miami with Messi. Nashville held Miami to a tie with Messi. And Cincinnati could only lose on pens when playing against Messi. Pretending as if MLS teams couldnât beat Miami with Messi is pure nonsense
@Toyin Olaniyi ok bro we get that u hate Messi. No need to express that out loud lol
@Toyin Olaniyi of course they would, but aren't them did it?
For those who saidâ No we are good without Messi,â this is your answer, I've watched Messi playing for over 15 years, when he's in the pitch even without the ball he takes 3-4 players with him leaving a lot of spaces for others
some people jus don see that bro idk why and this the main reason why messi will make a difference if he was playing
Whoever said that sh** doesn't know anything about football and they should return to watching Hand Egg.
Inter Miami was bottom of the MLS, which means the worst team or one of the worst teams without Messi. đ
So come they're "good" without him? đ
Penaldog fans forgetting thr Kansas game đčđčđđđđ
â@Chain drunkardsAny excuse that lets them pull down Messi's abilities will do. It was always one excuse after another starting with he can only do it with Xavi and Iniesta, then when proven wrong it became he can only do it with Barcelona, then when he won everything with his national side it shifted to World Cup is a mere four week tournament and champions league is better. PSG's every problem was because Messi didn't track back and now in Inter Miami it is that Busquets and Alba are more important and today when Busquets was there and they didn't win it's Messi AND Alba are the backbone of this team. This nonsense will never stop from a certain fanbases because they're so overtly attached to their opinions as" truth" that they'll distort every fact and facet of reality to defend themselves.
Completely agreed he is like a magnet that pull players
Ok that goal from Campana (1-0) was insane. He changes from "celebrating" that shot to control, flick, and finish really well. I like this player very much
Campana next season to Barcelona đ
And Lewandowski to Inter Miami
Campana is really good
that shot was seriously good, makes me think he can play in europe
â@Golddmanehe was a PL player before joining MLS
That first goal was ridiculous đđđ»đ„
The defenders are sooooo bad its incredible, still great job by the striker,
With or without Messi, this was the first time that Miami conceded 5 goals in 2023.
Definitely without Messi
Teams should rarely ever be conceding 5 goals. I don't know if thats a normal thing in the MLS, but that shouldn't be a "First time this year" kind of ordeal.
@Orange_Fever Don't take it personally
@Luis Caetano I'm not. I don't support the team.
Yes but with out Messi lol, make sure u remember that too
That goal from Campana tho 00:30 What a Masterpiece đź
First goal by Campana was just insane for any league.
If messi did that, the fanboys would drool and demand the match be halted to award him the puskas.
@Dr. Rick Booty rent free in your head
Genuinely looked like the kind of thing you'd only try in a charity game, but it ended up being super effective as well as spectacular!
You cannt do that in a top tier league at that speed, he would have been body blocked after the first touch, as it always happens, Gavi from Barcelona tried it 2 weeks ago for example the lift was half the high and he couldnt reach the ball again even with that short lift. Enjoy the MLS right now.. Messi has opened the door, as soon as good defenders arrive the MLS, the show will end :(
@Fubeneit worked because the defender jumped in, so he was in the air and couldn't react to the chip.
Campana is a crazy Striker in the MLS just imagine him with Messi in this match
Relax đ he's inconsistent
@Stan Smithbut he reminds me of Michu
They may have lost 5 - 3 instead
â@Rusty Grovewe got a genius here
@Stan Smithnot really both games messi has been out hes carried, and hes had impacts on games that messi is there
As a Miami fan, the only highlight from this game is Campana's wonder goal.
Yeah.
Lmao even the botâs spitting facts đ€
"Miami fan" you sure about that buddy?
When did you discover you liked Miami after having the worst record or after messi?
That strike was fire even a bot approves of it
There is a massive reason why this team was in the bottom of the table before Messi, Alba, Busquests and Tata Martino.
Leonardo's touches on that first goal is undefensible.
undefendable*.........undefensible is not a word.
@chiIdpleaselmaooooooooođ
â@chiIdplease*He's no GOAT he's a GHOST*
Prime Batistuta move
â@chiIdpleasewe got a youtube lawyer here. Did you go to college?
It's not just the defense. Why was Lennon (being on the back line) able to spend more time in Miami's box than his own? Because Miami's attack is so toothless without Messi and Alba that Pineda was confident enough to use Lennon as an attacker. That shows how much respect Miami's attack commands when the opposing team's defence does more attacking than defending.
Inter Miami's defence needs a lot of work.
Yeah they started with 2 of the usual subs this match and had Kryvstov benched, Alba, Busquets and Messi clearly are the backbone of this team right now
Get rid of Miller
They need it badly.
Atalanta tidak perlu terlalu khawatir bertahan karena tidak ada Messi
They should've signed Ramos bro đ
miami has never been good defensively with or without messi. but what messi adds is that fear factor in their offense that force oppositions to either sit a bit more back or play as aggressively and risk going 2-0 down halftime. without messi, they can play this aggressively and not worry about a single goal leaking from the other end and batter them before halftime. even the first Miami goal was a result of a rebound into individual brilliance by campana. that's not sustainable and that's not going to happen every game
Exactly
Perfect. Consistent attack improves defense.
They might've lost but that first goal from Campana was amazing
đ got nothing else to say đ đ
But where's messi?
@Darkneo7 he was eating pizza đ
As an Atlanta fan this win was so sweet. Just a giant middle finger to Miami for the previous matches this season. Beating our former coach and former star was delicious.
As we see here, the absence of Messi made a big difference in the Inter Miami
WITHOUT MESSI, THIS TEAM IS NOTHING!!!!
Messi fans were claiming Inter Miami were fine after their win against Sporting KC because of the "Messi effect" đđđđ
messi aint gonna fix their defense lmao
Wdym they won last match without Messi. Atlanta is a really tough environment to come into and win. Messi wouldâve made the match a lot closer but I donât think he could erase a 3 goal deficit. đ€·ââïž
@Highlight Clips
they won the last match playing at home, and suffering against the weak Kansas team
what a goal campana ....the advice he took in staying in his position is paying off
Itâs crazy how much not having Messi playing effects your squad
It wasnât Messi, it was the Miami defense, thatâs why inter Miami is second to last in the mls
Just waiting for them to go to chicago inter miami have a month to get to 9th
And Alba
I think Alba has more effect than Messi.
ATL tore it up! I was very surprised, great win
Edit: Amazing how every single comment mentions Messi. Sure, I was rooting for Miami to win but you gotta admit Atlanta had some very good goals. Plus, that own-goal that Miami made would've happened with or without him.
The dynamic would have been different with Messi, it's strange to say an own goal would have happened even with him when the flow of the game would be different.
I agree. My 8yo was devastated that Miami lost, but I pointed out to him that of the two teams, ATL just played a better game and deserved the W.
Saba was an absolute force to be reckoned with- canât imagine if he had played more of the match.
What a goal by Campana!!
What a loss for Miami đđđđđ
@FAMILY ACCOUNT they lost because messi and abla wasnt playing
@new account 1.7b views 3 seconds ago who is abla đđđđđđ
When Atlanta plays like this, they are the best in MLS. This club does it right; one of the best atmospheres and fans in MLS!
Inter Miami with GOAT = Top Level
Inter Miami without GOAT = Beginner mode
They literally won 3-2 last week, relax
Con messi Ăš piĂč competitiva ma messi non Ăš goat messi Ăš solo uno dei piĂč grandi calciatori e nulla di piĂč
Da iz wat u tink.đ
â@Nino VellaMessi The real GOATđ
â@Luis Caetano Alot of their wins were realy close, thanks to Messi, Alba and Busquets.
Miami literaly is playing "Attack is your best defense" and the biggest back bone in their attack is Messi
Campana's ball control, vision and finishing are incredible đ„, just fabulous đ€© first Goal.
Keep on pushing United FC. Just keep on stacking those wins however we can get them. Tight race but weâre in the thick of it letâs get it!!
Lennon really needs to be called up to the national team. Heâs been one of the most consistent players on the ATL side. So happy they he got his goal!
Win or lose no one seemed to care about Inter Miami's existence without Messi. This is why the whole league will be careful not to hurt him bcoz he brings viewers to the league.
Missing Messi!
Messi has taught them how to be a champion and instilled in the them the spirit of warrior but Inter Miami is trying really hard to go back to its previous form. I feel for Buesquet and Camp.. đąđąđą
That campana goal. My God how good was that
If that Inter Miami shot didn't hit the post,it was gonna be one of the top goals of this season ....but it ended as a beautiful goal from Campana
Itâs good to see a change of scenery, inter-Miami losing for once. Also that passing decision was absolutely horrible at 6:00 it looks more like he wanted to pass it to the opposition than to his teammate.
It is hard to see such a bad pass at this level of competition!đźđź
And will probably loose again if Messi and Alba donât change things around.
@schindlerteejay94 They don't need to change anything. They only need to play.
That pass in professional football is shocking
Caleb Wiley NEEDS to go to Europe. HANDS DOWN!! That kid has talentđșđž
Weâll be keeping him, thank you very much. Heâs improved so much this season
With Messi âïž: 4-0
Without Messiâ: 5-2
Or another way to look at it,
Without Muyumba, Xande Silva, and Mosquera, Atlanta 0 - Miami 4
With Muyumba, Xande Silva, and Mosquera, Atlanta 5 - Miami 2
@donviajerodamn bro idk about mosq
â@donviajerolol jajajaja!
Un 4 get 8 bal
With Messi this would of been an easy win lol
Campaña is fantastic! Wish they didnât lose this bad đą
I mean... that first goal has messiesque qualities man.. he has changed this team dramatically quickly. Impressive
Why tf are you crediting Messi when he wasnât even here. All you do is glaze
No Messi, no party! đđ
Exactly đ©
What a goal from Campana đ„
Miami has a lot of work to do, they looked terrible
How did Messi carry this team to a trophy?
Because of Messi's Aura
Element of surprise
4 words GOAT
thats 1 word 4 letters :P@Juampi
Because of his greatness.
As a Miami fan, the only highlight from this game is Campana's wonder goal. That was insane.
Even that shot was insane ...if it went straight in goal it was gonna top goals of the season
đ€
Kamal Miller, Inter Miami player, one own goal 2:52 and one assist 5:59
He looked bad at almost all goals tbh. Maybe he had a bad day ( i dont watch the team that much), but that guy might need replacement.
The own goal can happen but his defending was just overall alarming
Weird cause for Canada he is actually decent
That assist he gave was so so bad!
He has a very poor decision in passing. And the rest of them has bad decision making too. Except few of them
I hate blaming people but you have to be better at this level.
Man the 5th Atlanta goal was insane đź
Of course without Messi is another team with no comment. Messi keeps the ball, gives passes, watches the pitch in a different way, makes dribbling and kicks goals. He is 36 but he is proud of the team and the huge hope.
People who discredit Messi by saying "its not only because Messi, its because Busquets, Alba" ext dont know football or just watching football recently.
People who know football really know how big Messi impact is. Even when he's not on the ball bcz guarded by many players, he will open up spaces, other team mates will have room, ext.
Bro just imagine if only Busi and Alba that joins Inter without Messi, will this team win the leagues cup? Bro dont make yourself look like you know football while you dont.
Ive seen Messi since the beginning of his career and he literally change every team he's in.
Pessi ghosting đ»đ»đ»
â@idiotMessi fans don't need these kinds of trash talk bcz our idol have accomplishments to be proud ofđđ
Que tirazo de Dixon Arroyo y el gol de Leo Campana un golazo, los dos se an ganado su convocatoria a la selecciĂłn sin ninguna duda.
I've never believed in Miami's back line, I've always said they can be scored on. One guy is you whole team. I don't think they can afford to lose a lot of games, because if they do their not going to make the playoffs.
Campana's goal was world class, so he is a world class striker.
Even though Messi (El Capitan) was not on board the ship đą today, the crew didn't do entirely too bad despite losing. The score is deceiving. The line goal by ATL didn't go all the way in. The own goal was disastrous, and that last goal was just a gift, but even the possession was split. Interâs defense needs to improve to make it all the way and lift that cup at the end of the season. But I like the pink flamingo's changes with El Capitan over any other team in the MLS.
Leo campana is showing great potential, and Although itâs not his day but the goalkeeper is a great talent as well. All the best of luck to them!
With Messi: 4-0 đ
Without Messi: 2-5 đą
Can we appreciate how world class Campana is?
Parabéns a atlanta pelo grande desempenho na partida e ao grande amigo matheus rosseto Deus abençoe imensamente sua trajetória grade abraço sempre na torcida irmão...
I gotta hand it to Atlanta they played good but, that 5th goal was just painful. Also I had no idea alba had such a big impact on Miami if he was there we could have had a chance. Well played atlanta
Messi literally changed this team, and without him and Alba, THIS IS LITERALLY HOW INTER MIAMI PLAY EVERY TIME HE AINâT AROUND, HE ENCOURAGED THE TEAM TO DO WELL, I GUESS THAT ENCOURAGEMENT DIDNâT LAST AS LONG THEN, THEIR DEFENCE WAS USEFUL AS A CARDBOARD UMBRELLA IN THE FLORIDA THUNDERSTORM, Without Messi or Alba, there is no hope for the playoffs.
I ainât reading all that đđđđđ 5-2 pessi ghosting as usual đđđ
Even with Alba in this game tonight, the result would remain the same.
Without Messi, there's no threat no fear. The opposing team displays his game without any concern. When Messi is on the pitch or the bench. The way other teams and their players approach the game radically change.
@FAMILY ACCOUNT
Ghosting as usual? Are your parents siblings or something? Messi didnât even play.
@Abed Cruz The Messi Effect can come and go, literally.
Two goals from Atlanta should have been nullified. However, Inter Miami still played poorly without Mess and Alba. That first goal from Campana was one of my favorite individual goals in MLS. Good on Atlanta for taking the game to Inter Miami!
agreed. one was offside, one was not completley in
No Messi and Alba is crazy but Campana was carrying
bro he didnt play for this match and see how bad they lost
YEAH, NO MESSI IS CRAZY
I was there! This was one of the best nights of my life! Everytime I'm at the stadium, WE WILL ALWAYS WIN!đ€â€đ€â€đ€â€
Relax, you're barely in the playoffs.
@toot toot12 points clear of the playoff line doesnât seem like barely in
Atlanta played fabulously.
Only when Messi ainât around.
on a fake grass.
@Louie Cale They couldâve changed the ground to real grass, but itâs also a baseball stadium, so they ainât got time for that.
Campanas goal was a thing of beauty! Miamiâs defenseâŠnot so much
Tata's tactics are always vulnerable to the counter attack. This was a good lesson for Miami.
Yes, thatâs something we in ATL know all too well. Tataâs tactics come at a huge cost defensively on multiple fronts. The 5th goal by United showed its most glaring weakness: Tata hates long passes, but also usually only keeps two guys in the back. If either of those two guys has momentary mental slip there is no margin for error and the only thing the defenders can do is pray the attackers donât shoot on target.
happy to see Giakoymakis scoring again. The Greek Bomber
No Messi no party
Messi required 4 or more defenders attention, without him, teams can attack freely.
The only thing this game prove is that Messi definitely is the best player in the world đđ
The direction of Inter Miami's history really depends on Lionel Messi
Campana should become a regular. His physicality and confidence is big time.
really goes to show what an impact Messi has on inter Miami, without him they got rolled
WITHOUT MESSI, THIS TEAM IS NOTHING!!!!( ïŸĐ`)âŠ
đ±đ±
Shocker
4 get u đ
ES IMPOSIBLE JUGAR SIN MESSI
Esto lo demuestra: el Tata pecheandola por enĂ©sima vez a la hora de armar el equipo de visitante đ€
This is the first match being held at a reasonable hour and I was too tired and fell asleep watching -_- , great match, hopefully inter Miami will learn from their mistakes this match and coma back stronger
The attacking and mid-field for Inter is amazing, they should focus on defence. Also leaving out Jordi out of the Starting 11 was stupid. Messi is 36 therefore unfit. I understand the team management leaving him out but when it was 2-1 to Atlanta they should have put him in.
Awesome goal from Campana. He reminds me of Luca Toni.
Same style true
Maybe Campana is a bit more agile than Luca Toni, but heâs less powerful.
Yea he can honestly be playing in Europe maybe like a bottom half team in La liga like getafe or something
That 1st goal đ„
this shows that if messi wasn't on this team, this team wouldn't be winning this much
Don't you say
Everyone knows this genius. Miami was dogshit before Messi joined.
Are you serious? đđđđ
This isn't new knowledge they were literally dead last before messi
@Unggading leagues cup is inter miami first trophy ever đ€Ł Messi helped them win it
Farias and Capana were great, Taylor seemed non-existent. The needed Yedlin doing more Alba-like runs and they need Messi make plays through that 25 yard line. They really do not make forward plays without him
Miami never fails to disappoint me
A dose of reality for inter Miami and reminder what the team is without Messi.
Campana is wonderful-crazy player...in the Matches...âïžđđđ
This shows how important Messi is đ
For the first ATL goal, it's crazy at this point in the history of instant replay that there aren't cameras built into the post of the goal that look down the end line. It's weird to me that this isn't a standard thing.
Miami's defense is SHOCKING!
What a defeat! Campana is a revelation
Gotta admit, Campana's goal was beautiful
Woooow- what a sensational and professional match
Messi puts this team on his back
Campana is such a classy player
The issue with miami is that with or without Messi they have a terrible defense. They need to reconstruct.
Wonderful Game...Messi,Alaba..Beautiful Players and the rest Teams...L.G:Aus Deutschland-đHannoverđ(!96!)
Three things:
1) Campana has been very good, and that goal was incredible.
2) That ball was clearly over the line, don't need goal line technology to see that, unless you're blind
3) Hate when goalies try to hold the ball after it's gone in, as if to waste time. Baldy locks there still had 20 minutes left and was trying to stop them from picking the ball out like an absolute chump.
That first ball did not cross the line, that 4th goal was offside. Deserves win regardless, but these calls are just insane
It just insane that MLS is not using the advanced technologies to tackle these weaknesses. There's goal line technology that's been used for a couple of years in the rest of the world. It's really sad that MLS is left behind in everything.
i dont see many people talk about how clearly offset that 4th atlanta goal was
4th goal was not offside. He was behind the ball.
@ReDMooNTVBecause he was behind the ball making it CLEARLY onside
@SherlockHolmez offsides arent onyl for the ball though, no? it also applies to the 2nd last player passing the ball from what i remember
Now no-one is saying it's rigged but as soon as Messi helps the team win matches everything will become rigged. Second goal of Atlanta doesn't seem like crossing the line but it was given goal, even the fourth goal looks like offside. But if the sides were reversed the same decision would have become rigged. Haters should understand some decisions go in your favour and some don't. That's the beauty of this game. Hence stop calling rigged just because Messi makes thing look easy.đ
As a real MLS fan I got to say that Atlanta United was superior than inter in this match no doubt, there's no need for excuses đđșâœ
Itâs like the opposite teams play better when Messi isnât there , the Messi Fear factor or Pressure comes in with madness. Not to underestimate how Atlanta played here, still a great game on their end
Yeah..
Yup, Atlantas coach said after the game he checked to see if Messi was playing or not. If he wouldâve played they wouldâve parked the bus against him, but since he didnât they played aggressive.
