SpyHunter 2 is a video game published by Midway in 2003 for PlayStation 2 and Xbox. This game is the sequel to the 2001 remake of the 1983 game Spy Hunter. The player's first mission begins in Russia, right where the last level left off from leaving Petra, Jordan and the NOSTRA organization completely decimated initializing a sequel from the 2001 remake; he begins his cooperation with Agent Duvelle. Traveling in various locations all around the planet including Russia, the United States, Asia, Switzerland and Antarctica. The weapons van is brought back again and equipped this time with an automatic turret / machine gun being that the player can utilize in extreme vehicular combat resolutions. The newly acquired Interceptor SpyHunter vehicle can enter off-road mode and transform itself into a jet-ski, a snow-mobile, a motor-tricycle, and a speedboat. The player can also choose from an arsenal of weapons inspired by James Bond 007 and Mission Impossible. Available weapons include Mines, Smoke Screen, Oil Slick, Machine Guns, Rockets, Missiles, Lasers and Cannons. The soundtrack features the song "Dark Carnival" recorded by Vanessa Carlton.

I understand the cheats enabling. I had died soo many times playing through these levels as a kid due to the amount of projectiles being thrown at you in certain cases. Like I'd go through the first part of a level and usually my vehicle would've already entered Trike Mode. And even if I got through the level, I'd usually ignore the secondary objectives just to stay focused in keeping myself alive.

As a kid ya, I had cheats as well because this game has some BS. But when I wanted to had my nostalgia strings pulling at my heart when I was 18. I when back and beat the game without cheats. I'm not Bullshitting you. the train took me 25 minutes to do.

Dude when I was younger my brother & I literally got to the last level but we could never beat it! We had no clue it was the last level but we were never able to finish the game even in 2 player. Same with my dad.
Loved the first game too. They need to bring these back.

I had this game growing up and I was really young. I loved it but I never completed the game. I'm glad nowdays you can watch gameplay for free. See what levels I never got to play. I loved this game as a kid and the best part of it was how the car transformed for me. Seemed so badass for the time. They need to remake the game.

Ngl, this is definitely a huge downgrade from Spyhunter 2001 in my opinion, they should've let Paradigm the original developer to make this game

It is indeed a downgrade, but it's at least functional and complete unlike modern games these days. I'm someone who can luckily look past flaws and still enjoy these types of games, but I get that it turns some people off.

Yeah I lived and still play the original. I remember finally trying out the sequel a few years after it came out cuz I could never find it and I didn’t like it at all.
