A gal I knew years back got a hold of her son. Her DIL went into labor. Things started off fine. DILs Mom called her and told her that her son was refusing to leave work. She went to his work. The receptionist let her into the office. She literally kicked her son out of his chair. She went off,using language that would make a sailor blush. When he stood up,she grabbed him by the hair and drug him out of the office. She drug him into the hospital by his shirt. Still going off. DILs parents were in the waiting room. She had been rushed into emergency surgery. After her Mom told them everything and how heartbroken his wife was,he cried. He was kicked out and banned from the hospital by her parents and his Mom. Yes,they got divorced. He had to move in with his Mom. He had to pay a ton of alimony and child support,no custody or visitation. His life was total hell. His grandparents disowned,willed his inheritance to his ex and the baby. His grandpa passed 2 or 3 years later. His ex and daughter received around 5 million. Needless to say,ex and daughter are set for life.
And most others would help her!

Hey writers… You need to educate yourself in American law. Number one: a mother cannot decide that the father cannot see the child. That is not allowed. Both parents must be allowed to see and parent the child… Unless there is a court order stating otherwise. Also the husband would not be charged with homicide. (Planned murder) He would at most be charged with manslaughter. (Accidental death) .. Most likely he would be charged with negligence.
I am sorry. But women constantly refuse to allow fathers to see their children. They ignore court orders. So while legally you might be correct. Actually it doesn't work like that. It's unfair, and sad. But it's how it works
