250 Four Strokes are Truly amazing. Ride a YZ250FX sometime in the future. You'll be blown away. You need to Always be shifting if you want to maintain any kind of momentum.
Definitely easier to ride in the fast and loose stuff in my opinion. Not as easy to ride in the very gnarly stuff though. I think with maybe some experience it might be easier, but I found it frustrating in anything that was slow. We ride a lot of slower stuff unfortunately.
The GTX FSE I had before my Husky was a 250 4T, I did have a 284cc big bore kit installed but even stock the stupid thing got along pretty good... when it actually ran 😂🤣 😒

I have only ridden 4 stroke dirt bikes and when I tried my friends 300 xcw I couldn't ride the thing. Very different bikes.

Chy-nuh. This thing has its own issues though. Don’t worry. Need valves brought back into spec. I guarantee.
