Character Bio (Sorry for any grammar mistakes) Name: Roxanne Hemmings (TruffleBerry OwO is her streamer name, really prefers being called Truffle by others but people that a really close to her call her Roxy, aka her family) Age: 24 years old Gender: Female (She/Her) Sexuality: Pansexual Personality: Silly, creative, fun to be around, extroverted, a bit of a people pleaser, and a caring person. Backstory/Info: (TW: Neglect, transphobia, emotional abuse, favoritism, mental issues, and pressure.) Truffle grew up with her older sister Nora in a not so good household, her parents didn't want to have two kids and gave all their attention to Nora because they had her first. Truffle's parents weren't physically abusive but they were neglectful and made sure Truffle knew she wasn't wanted. This led Truffle to work extremely hard to try and get her parents and everyone elses approval, she doesn't blame Nora for their parents favoritism since Nora didn't want to be the favorite and was constantly under pressure by their parents to be the best or they would disown her. When Truffle was 10 she discovered the internet and started to draw art online, people started to like her art and some of her work went viral so Truffle started to constantly draw and create content online since she was getting the approval that she desired, she used it as her escape from her parents neglect and would spend days online and got extremely behind on her school work but her parents never cared enough to talk to her. Unfortunately though because Truffle spent all her time online she never noticed all the issues that Nora was going through, she feels bad for not doing anythinh to help her sister but what could she have done? Things went got bad 4 years later but Truffle doesn't remember much of what happen just that Nora had enough of her parents and told them off for their pressure and abuse, Nora also accidentally outed herself as being transgender which their parents are heavily against. They were angered so much that their parents sent both Nora and Truffle to live with their estranged Aunt Janice who has a lot of mental issues, such as depression and bipolar disorder, thinking that they would both start 'acting right' after living with their 'crazy aunt' however this backfired on them. Despite the condition that Aunt Janice was in she had an adult son named Thomas that takes amazing care of his mother nd would become a father figure to both Nora and Truffle when they were sent to live with them. Both Thomas and Aunt Janice gave Truffle the attention she desired, they were very supportive of Nora being trans, and they both gave the girls the experience of living in a healthy home with the only real issues being that they were pretty poor. Truffle started to stream and make content on multiple social media platforms with the soul purpose of raising money to help her Aunt and Thomas, she feels like she has to return the favor since they were taken in and raised properly by them. Truffle loves her family greatly and wants to do everything to help them out but she's stuck on the mindset that she has to earn everything herself with little help to no help or else she's being stubborn and spoiled, this is a trauma thing from how her parents treated her. Need for a relationship?: Not necessarily but wouldn't mind being shipped or having a relationship with anyone, her view of relationships is a bit skewed due to her family trauma so she has a bad habit of being attracted to toxic people. (Fun fact: This is something inspired off the fact that in real life moth's fly towards bright lights despite it hurting/killing them, and Truffle is a moth person so...) Thankfully her sister is always there to set her straight. What would they wish for?: To be the most famous streamer in the world so she can make money to support her family, she wants to earn her money and not just be given it.
