Just a tip. You should replace your bottom buttons with snap buttons, way easier to break the shirt and give clearance to drop your weapon or mag.
I am a retired fed agent but now growing coffee and sharecropping in central america. Your rig concept is sound. Only thing is in latin america it is rare as hen’s teeth to see any gringo or foreigner allowed to work as armed security contractors. Only time you see armed gringos are when a US president or politician arrives with his US secret service or state dept protective detail. Latin America distrusts gringos and make it impossible to work as an armed personnel.

I like the edc loadout but personally I think its a good idea to have something like the bone breaker on the off hand side since the glock and karambit are already on your right hand, just gives you more options if your right hand gets pinned in hand to hand

The principle of a plate carrier is to have minimal material keeping the plate in place. The plate protects your major organs. It's a balance of comfort, maneuverability, and protection. Plate carriers aren't supposed to carry your stuff, which I believe a lot of people misconstrue. Plate carriers and load bearing vest are different tools. And in the units I have worked in, a lot of guys wear a LBV over their plate carrier, or "battle belt" in the same principle.

Don't get the rubber gloves. Great, no prints on casings but but ballistics will match your gun. Plus I doubt you wear gloves everywhere you work. So just curious what are there purpose?
