This realization can bring a lot of pain and confusion, often leading to a period of sadness or a deep inner struggle with your spirituality.
You experience a unique kind of pain, one that accompanies the death of your old self. Transformations are rarely comfortable. As you feel the layers of falsehood being peeled away, it's like shedding your old skin-a necessary part of your evolution.
When you experience the awakening of your spirituality, an internal battle unfolds within you. On one side, your spirit is eager to awaken, even though it knows there will be challenges and pain ahead. On the other side, your physical self, your flesh, longs to stay in its slumber and avoid the discomfort.

The more pain and confused i feel the more i want to be nice to other people...i don't even get it myself but it's a deep feeling from inside
My ego had to be completely stripped bare for me to be able to see and then continue to willingly want the truth. Now I wouldnt change that awakening and the peace I got from the truth. This peace grows stronger and my knowing within me has days where it feels like it'll explode with amazement. Yes its scary at first however for me its been the most liberating feeling everyday since ❤️

I experienced much pain since childhood before being diagnosed with PTSD a few years back when they made that distinction from shell shock and manic depression. I will be 70 years old next month and only a short time ago was I finally able to get tuned into my spirituality. I’ve been lucky enough to cast off the anger and depression and find peace of mind and spirit. It wasn’t easy and I thank you for your positive reinforcement. May others feel the power of their connection to the all encompassing spirit! Have a blessed life here and beyond.

Spiritual awakening. Ego . I know what you speak of . A few years ago I realized this . I now know who I was . I can control this ego . I have accepted my spiritual way of thinking . What I've done my entire life I've accepted.
Three years ago , I crossed over to my spiritual way of living . This process was totally new . To tell you what I experienced is quite difficult. I got the feeling as if I became the universe . This so called logic that I lived all my life was eliminated . For three years now , I know now how to exist by doing what I was chosen to do to do .
After sitting in my old skin for so long it became my discomfort, shedding the layers that carried the weight of useless habits has been the most forgiving part of my awakening so far.. However I know I am only at the beginning of my own profound evolution, for each layer that I’ve stripped away has breached a new sensitivity to the many layers of others.
My ability to understand actions and reactions has become keener, I have been on a path of breaking cycles for a while now and soon I feel what I have learned in my 22 years of life will be strongly put to the test. I can only have faith in understanding the unique guidance laid out for me.
To those who have read this far, thank you, I wish you a meaningful life filled with prosperity and joy.
I have been going through a spiritual awakening since the start of some narc family realizations that turned everything upside down. It has been like a rollercoaster and i too thought i was losing my mind but i know it is my ego trying to resist strongly against these changes. Recently i started feeling an energy source in my abdomen that would occasionally shoot up my spine, now i can feel it in my legs at times and sometimes i get a rush upwards through my whole body over my head that has my hairs standing up. It truly is an amazing experience but with a lot of suffering due to my ego.

And yet there is no sense of I have arrived. Many times I have “arrived “ just to be shown the process often is one step forward and 2 back. Acknowledging this is the lower ego helps, but then there is the Spiritual Ego. It helps to observe that once awake, we don’t have to regress all the way down, but have reached a new state of consciousness that makes it easier to proceed faster than before. My entire life has been pain and suffering due to being spiritual while not being able to adjust to the 3rd D world. It is too dense for my body to fully function in. I came out of the womb 79 years ago with knowledge of IT ALL, but to serve the needs of this consciousness I had to learn what a 3 D life needed to evolve by being one myself. I am so very grateful and elated that many have joined my world, and my challenges are mirrored all around me. However right now I choose peace and grace within to be diminishing my pain and suffering in the world. I have had enough for now, want a healthy body for example. I know I can live THE truth easier because the consciousness has already evolved, I am not alone on my journey and many are enlightened. THANK GOD!

I can see how certain pains, are beneficial to the souls' journey, and there are other pains and aches that the body feels that signify that something is wrong, or just plain broken all-together. ( Like, an arm, leg, finger, or internal organ). "I AM" endlessly learning, and growing in knowledge, some of it I don't quite understand completely, but I'm working on it. And YES, it IS a painful quest /Journey as we the Organic Humans Beings strive to experience and learn all that my current mortal organic organism can experience. Especially since All of us are on this ride together, because we are All needed for true unity and wholeness.

I am there right now. It's difficult for me to let go my "past reality" and my spiritual awakening. I have synchronicity, signs, manifestations.
Since 2 years, i am suffering a lot. I had a violent boyfriend, i put an end to that relationship. He called at my job and i lost my job because of him. I was hard to believe on God at that time. I was feeling scared, alone, challenged to much.
Now, i believe on God and Angels. But i still have days of doubts. I do Reiki and want to work as a spiritual guide. Because i want to help others. What can i do to let go those doubts?
