  • First real ride after installing the Bart Moto Co. big bore exhaust, as well as a richer tune on the stock carb.
    I am very happy with the sound and look of this exhaust. I am not sponsored and paid for this with my own money.

    You can get some sudo clutch action between first and second by holding down the shifter, get some rpm up and then hit a wheelie. 😅😅 i had an original back in the early 80s when i was a young teen. Best times of my life. Gone from sun up to sun down all summer long.

      @@Cstan615 Hehehehehe. Good stuff. I'm going to have to get me one of those Ice Bears and dial it in for my cabin. Tons of wooded trails everywhere.

    Exhaust sounding pretty good. Facilitates going over the speed limit, for sure :)

    I got to tell you you’re a lot braver than I am going that fast on those squirrelly bikes! I have an original ct70 (which is much slower) and it feels like a twitch at 30 mph will send it way off on a tangent I don’t want to go!

    Is there a quieter optional baffle,that's way too loud!

    • @Cstan615
      @Cstan615  Před 11 měsíci

      Not that I’m aware of.

    • @FSEVENMAN
      @FSEVENMAN Před měsícem

      The quieter option is the stock factory baffle exhaust pipe set up it is extremely quiet and I'm not changing mine I love it I find these louder ones to be just ridiculously annoying because it's not a big dirt bike it's designed to be efficient and quiet😊

    Does this have a manual or automatic clutch? And are they just 4 down, or 4 up?

    • @Cstan615
      @Cstan615  Před 9 měsíci

      They come factory with a 4 speed. (4 down pattern) and auto clutch.

    I just bought a champion and it came with a PVC canister. I’ve never seen one on one of these bikes. do you happen to know why I would have one?

    • @Cstan615
      @Cstan615  Před 11 měsíci +2

      That is a new thing for 2023 to comply with emissions regulations. It’s an evap system that circulates fuel vapors back into the engine instead of the atmosphere.

    What mods did you do to the carb? Did it make a big differance?

    • @Cstan615
      @Cstan615  Před 11 měsíci

      Stock carb. Some people who have replaced them claim they do.
