It is a really smart idea to have Mike move his shop...more content, allows Mike to use the tools and equipment he's used to, DDE will now really has in-house everything..and if they get a tech.. yeah not only content wise is it smart but it allows for so many more business opportunities...crazy how far the boys have come..

Okay we going to talk about how he mentioned the smoke from the tires. He goes “ you know the first time you take a hint from a joint”. Honestly they didn’t seem like that type of people to do that. I think just little things like that I love DDE. I’ve been watching you guys nice since 2015. You guys come such a far away. It is honestly truly amazing to see where you guys are going now in the future. Mike Essa has been the best addition to the team. Hey Damon, Dave, and the rest of the crew. I just wanna say THANK YOU so much for these daily uploads that I look forward to everyday. I use to be a car guy and it took me 6 years to find the perfect white manual 1986 RX7 FC (initial D inspired) with only 49k miles after 6 years of looking for one, it finally happened in 2014, and since than I've added a little over 10k miles in 10 years but it wasn't my daily, I had e46 BMW manual as a daily BUT, there is always a but, one day at my doorman job around in NYC around DEC. 2018 I started feeling joint pain, stiffness, swelling, tenderness, felt like sometimes I couldn't make my hands and fingers do what I wanted them to do. I went to the emergency room because I was in extreme pain from my joints and doctors said I either had lupus or some other things but I could also have (RA) and I remember the doctor saying all this to me to and all I could think about was if I was ever going to drive my RX7 ever again. I remember me asking and he said "There will be lots of things you won't be able to do again that you did before" not once did I think of work. I was thinking about just living my life and doing all the thing I was planning to do in my life, the rx7, my mom and family. Well so the symptoms got worse so fast I had no time to drive my RX7 anymore since the day of my diagnosis and that it was for sure and I wouldn't be able to go back to work as a doorman (that hit me just as hard as I was supporting me and my 60 year old mother at the time). 2 years later I found a E38 740i with only 16,900 miles so I traded my E46 in for the 740i with some money on top and I went completely broke. Ran through all my savings and tried not to sell the E38 because it took forever to receive my SSDI (social security disability income to come in). To the point I was considering selling my RX7 which still looked and smelled brand new fresh off the showroom floor the way it did in 1986 same way and the E38 smelled like Crayola crayons smelled from our childhood years. (@1986_rx7 is my insta for those interested in seeing the cars). Both cars I kept in a warm basement now with its new brother the E38 with only 17k miles on it ( I drove it home from Long Island and it went from 16,960 miles to about 17k). The day before I was about to post the RX7 for sale, I finally got my first SSDI check which is only I believe 50% of your regular pay (this was around 2020). Covid hit my mom lost her job and we couldn't make ends meet. So I was planning on selling the RX7 but I got such a good offer on the E38 that I sold it (made 14k profit of the E38 only owning it for 2 years and I till this day cry knowing ill never find a black on black E38 with 16kmiles ever again. Thank you so much for these videos and giving me to strength to even get out of bed to try to live the normal life I once had. To anybody that reads this story.. Please remember, you think your life is bad but their is people out there that are on top of world and feel like they have it all like I did and all of a sudden get something called rheumatoid arthritis at almost any age and still find their days to be filled with happiness and joy. GOD only gives his strongest soldiers the hardest battles. Thanks again DDE crew for making my mornings so much easier to start my day and at least make go out to the garage to started the RX7 at least a few times a week and drive it slowly around the block at night during the summer days (it has no power steering from factory and one symptom from (RA) is muscle weakness but my doctors tell me the exercise I get from the RX7 is good. LOL. I'm now saving for a small easy car that isn't stick to drive (think Toyota Corolla) LOL. So I basically live through these daily videos and they change my mood and thought perspective into a great one everyday. Love what you guys do for me and people like me. DDE fan for life.

The fact that he is able and willing to teach and give over that knowledge brings him to an entirely different level. This channel has truly taken off to levels that are just simply incredible. The best two things that happened to them was bringing Mike and his team on and getting kicked out of the old HQ. Absolutely love where this channel is going. Long live DDE!!!
