Kansas City did not have a St. Patrick's Day Parade for over 2 years, so this year we had to go all out. Here is a look into Officer Whitelaw's first St. Patrick's Day Celebration as a Police Officer. This video will give you a look into some of what our Police Department does at a huge event like this.
