i bought olivia’s album for $28, came with poster, gatefold, and 1 record for $28 and bought this for $40 nothing
nicki was lazy for this honestly, I don’t gaf if it was a ‘smart strategy’, I bought this thinking it had all tracks cus i was happy and wasn’t looking at the back, what a waste of my money! I am definitely in need of a refund or exchange for full album. So glad I didn’t buy the CD too

Why is only half the tracklist on the vinyl and cd? There's 22 tracks, digitally... How come theres only 10 on the physical release?

The album was being recorded down to the last minute. The problem is they turned in a half finished product months ago to have some in the store
The album was not finished by the time the physicals were manufactured so they made these editions with the songs she had completed at the time. Republic wanted the physicals available on release date to increase the debut week sales, otherwise only streaming and digital versions would be counted. It lowkey feels like a scam since people bought half of the album but at least the cover and packaging is cute lol

The vinyl and CD version has 10 tracks. While the digital version has 22. The completely water down the tracks in CD and vinyl edition.

I got the one with the black background and its not even the same picture that was promised. Then when i saw only 10 songs i was extremely let down.
I broght this album on vinyl thinking I was going to get the full album which had 22 songs but instead I got 10 songs and one vinyl whitch was kind of a rip off since the first pink friday vinyl I got had two records plus it was a gatefold. They didn't even had the song FTCU

I'm sorry but it looks really lazy and that no one really put care into it. I feel like they didn't trust her with the album - it's not even gatefold. 10 tracks on physical vs 22 on digital is the reason why she didn't want to give us the tracklist. I suppose she really was making songs in November too, so there's as much as possible so she gets the streams and the #1. ://

Hey, so the thing is this was a stratagy, nicki didn’t want the tracklist to leak, because for example, people in new zeland had acess to buy and listen to album before the US, so she put it like this 10 tracks to fool everyone, and on reality it has 22 tracks, it was a really smart strategy for the tracklist not leak.

@@_Miguellf_ well.. instead of that, I think she didn't give us the tracklist because obviously there would have to be two of them. And I know many people would cancel their physical copy pre-orders if they knew they aren't getting the whole thing.
