I have gotten 90,000 bells 2 or 3 times, and I always planted 30k bells when Isabelle said her horoscope mentioned good luck. I think that's the key to gamble! I have just recently subscribed, and I've really enjoyed watching you build! Thanks for the great inspiration 😊
just watched all fourteen of these videos yesterday and today because chronic fatigue is chronic fatiguing and I haven't been able to do anything all day and I just wanted to comment saying how much fun it's been; thank you for keeping me company, and it was awesome to hear about what the acnh community was like when the game first launched as a reasonably new player :))

An idea that you could have done, and may do for a future video.
Every day, you changed your outfit, and purchased new things from the Able Sisters.
It would have been nostalgic of the challenge of this series, is to see an area, where you displayed all of the clothing that you purchased and wore during this challenge, except for the final day.
At least, anything that was not already placed somewhere.

I loved this series. It inspired me to finally restart my storage island (island that I would just use to hold onto a villager or items or spare diys between resets) I never actually built on it before cause it doesn’t have online. So now I’m attempting a no online play through with the goal of completing the museum and all the nook mile achievements. It’s been fun so far, it’s definitely way different from my kidcore Island on my main switch. Feels like a whole different game.

yes! the first time I realised you can bury money again I put in 99k😭 but I got really lucky because I got 3 bags of 99k from that tree! it’s really rare apparently so I haven’t took my chances again haha
Playing animal crossing has always been a bit overwhelming for me, but I recently picked up my switch again and decided to give it a go. Normcore felt the most achievable and exciting, so I looked up some inspiration, and your first video of this series was out! I’ve been following along the past two weeks and you have given me so many ideas and I’ve had so much fun building up my island. It’s going to take me much longer, but I’m enjoying it, and that’s what matters. So thank you!!🫶🏻

When you bury money more than 10,000 in a money hole, there’s a 30% chance of it tripling and a 70% chance of it just being 30,000

You can get more from the money spot but its a gamble. The most i got was 90,000 bells
I’ve never gone back to speak with Isabelle about the rating after I got three stars. I know I must have had 5 on some of my islands because I had loads of Lily of the Valley flowers. So I never was awarded the golden watering can. 😂 I always just pick one up at treasure island. 🏝️

If you plant 99,000 bells there is a small chance you get that back x3 I have had it happen multiple times.
there's a 1 in 3 chance you get triple your money on a money tree, 2 in 3 that you only get 30k (or 3k if you buried under 10k). no the horoscope or bug fixes or frequency of trees don't have anything to do with it
If you do a next theme can you do an old fashioned island?
there used to be a rumor back when the game came out that you could get more bells and you could but with a big fix they fixed it.. one time i buried 30,000 bells and got 90,000 the next time i tried it after a bug fix i buried 30,000 bells and only got 30,000 back.

I got 99.000 bells x 3 from my money tree by planting 99.000 in the golden hole. I have picture evidence of it too because I know no one would believe it 😂
I have done more bells. I’ve done 99,000 bells but that was a long time ago. you cannot time travel or you will only get 3,000 bells.
There is a chance to get 99k bells on a money trees. I have gotten it a couple of times but I think it depends on how often you plant them to increase the chance? I’m not sure how it works 😅
