- The Kranman Processor P25 works perfectly to drive full-size windshields. Take the first 2-3 loggs of the tree with the chainsaw and drive the rest with the Processor P25. Then it's good to pick up the logs with Kranman ATV Trailer or Bison forwarder. In this case, we use the Kranman T1750 with a Polaris 570 SP ESP.

This guy is good,, proper gear,, proper knows how to stop blade+chain being trapped,,, Great video
Now that’s 1 hell of a logging machine, thanks for sharing your great video
One man operation. I love this setup!
Absolutely awesome. Fantastic assortment of quality thought out machinery. Well done 👍
Not to mention the skill and experience the operator exhibits. Phenomenal example of professionalism in forestry. This is a testament to ingenuity and work ethic.
These are some of the most amazing atv timber accessories. I have a Grizzly and this setup would be awesome for bringing back logs for whatever purpose. 🤤
Well done congratulations you have made great work in very short time (very productive). By the way you have also protecting the forest soil with that little Wooden Harvester like in the old time they used two horses for that work. Great wish to you 🇨🇷🐘🇨🇭to🇸🇪💪👍🇸🇪
Low impact, low operating cost way to recover smaller volumes of otherwise wasted product. 👍
Super impressed with this awesome machinery!!
I've seen chefs that can't handle a knife as well as he handles the saw.
Very nice little setup you have there.
Excellent engineering!
Even the safety gear the operator is wearing has a fitted , efficient look.
Wunderschöne Spielerei !
That's just awesome. I have no need for such a tool in my woods. It opens my minds eye though.
That is one awesome machine!
That is an amazing piece of equipment! 👍
Thanks :)
Awesome Swedish Machine!
first i thought this could be a big waste of money, because it looks pretty expensive. but then you were pretty fast with the chainsaw and the way you work, im impressed of how efficent those downscaled machines can be.
And downscaled trees.

Das System ist brilliant!
IMPRESIONANTE. BUEN TRABAJO.
So many smart solutions here, I need this! :D
Härligt med bra grejer ;-)
Tack :)
The Machine was OK, but I Like His Suit!!!
Slick little operation. That would be the trick if you were building a house using a portable sawmill to cut your own lumber
That is one hell of a sweet rig. 100g is a bit steep for me. Plus the price of a quad or utv and a trailer to haul them.
Bel video👍👏🙋♂️
Great video
Love it awesome
Wow, the best..machine. Pls, bring it to Vietnam.
Pretty dam cool I want one
Could have backed the trailer up and dropped the logs right on to it, nice machine
Nice to see a four wheeler actually working for a change. Instead of kids making trouble.
Thats a next level
i love that !
That dude is a machine.
It is fast forward a bit
Impressive machine.
excellent idea for sensitive areas good job I want one.
Thanks
One man operation to harvest trees but where is the chipper attachment for shredding the left over branches so they will rot faster? looks good on flat ground ,i wonder what traction you get going up hills?

Only thing I'd change is to use a choker on the winch cable. Save the cable, and make it a smidge less likely to snap and hurt operator. Really Freakin sweet getup though.

I need this for my golf course!!!!!
Very nice.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I would love to have this
wow - that makes the work so easy even a woman could do it
Even a non burly person could do it safely.
Tho given a lot of forests are on hilly ground, it's limited.
Good for thinking and cleanup.
I've worked in woodland management with many skilled female operators who could've felled, snedded and stacked a couple of trees while you're still trying to tension your chain. Nice try.
A woman could do it any day without this machine. Even easier without it actually. These are clearly a guys toy to impress other guys.
@@hnorrstrom okay
I want one! Can it do the same with all this fish?
I love the sound of a 2 stroke chainsaw.
Cool toy!!!!!!!!
Nice
Interesting video of some light impact equipment that would be good for first and second thinning. The chainsaw operator needs to stop cutting by dragging the saw towards himself when the bar is on the same side of the fallen tree, snedding (removal of the branches) should be done by pushing the saw away from you, thereby cutting on the top of the guidebar, before any advancing, thereby removing the risk of running the saw into your legs. The top cutting is the only back stroke and clears space for the operator to place the saw on the opposite side of the tree and cut with top of the guidebar whilst advancing forward so if you trip etc, the saw is between you and the tree trunk. Safer, fast and efficient. P.S. Don't chock the log with the main cable as it bends and weakens it, instead, use a short section of forestry chain with a suitably rated hook and eye (much more durable).
What can't this do? WOW!
Two questions, for anyone who is familiar with this type of logging, which I think is from Europe but correct me if I'm wrong. First, why do the loggers cut the trees into log lengths in the woods? Here in the US we pull out the trees full length, then cut into logs at the loading area. In our opinion it makes log dragging go faster. Second question, what is done with the very small logs that the processor is making? Are they for firewood, maybe? Thank you for posting the video. As a fellow logger I always enjoy seeing logging in other parts of the world.
Over system is build that way. the harvester get the data from the sawmill automatically every day. The forwarder drives it to the main road. The timber truck have it on crane and load is self. That way we have 3 machines from forest to right lengths on the sawmill and no one is depending on any one other.
2. It is for the paper industry.
Thank you!
looks working.....
How much cable can the winch hold? What is the cable diameter in inches? Concept is ingenious! The hardest part of cutting is the limping. This deals nicely with that aspect. This system will out produce a skidder especially if you expect the same quality work. As a forester, I could never get an operator to cut 6" trees and pull cable 75' off the trail!
It is 30 m. The machine can take 25 cm.
I can see the point it will increase the forests profitability buy allowing wind fall trees or trees that have been cut for thinning to be transported out for sale with out the need to chop down trees for a big harvester to get to them. Plus for a one man band operation running costs will be significantly lower.
College students would be expected to do all of that manually. Them logs wouldnt be that heavy anyway. Wouldnt you just use tge processor on all of it fell it then use machine for the rest no need for all his fancy snedding
@@keiths-teeth no real clue mate I'm an engineer not a forester so just looking at it from a productivity stand point.
That's an impressive bit of gear.
I'm curious about the cost.
Nice machine but i wonder if it can be productive as it is show very slow working and you have to do so much with a chain saw. I am a forestry worker in finland and i dont think that it is productive enough to be worth the prise an fuel efficiency of the machine. But if some one that have used this pease off equipment can tell me their perspective i am happy to listen
The most common reason why you buy this machines is that you cannot run a chainsaw one day or want to do more in the same time.
Refreshingly low impact. It could be useful in a sensitive forest.
Bravo comme jouets pour grand.... 😂😂😂😂😂😉😉😉

While the machine is neat, I can't see its cost being offset by the value of the materials harvested. Those little logs aren't going to be useful for much other than chips. Unlikely any of those are going to produce much in terms of useful timbers.
Yeah.. i think you meant lumber but... Not everywhere in the world has giant trees man lol where i live we would cut trees even smaller then these for lumber. (It makes less but it is actually stronger)
And have you heard of fire wood lol
It gets cold in some places too :P
@@joshuanorris5860 Firewood which might get phased out in the future because of green governments, pollution blah, blah. Elections/voting has consequences.
pretty nice rig but what is the target customer? is this designed for the small firewood company?
In Sweden the most comment customer is private forest owner. the customer don´t wont to have big machine in the forest and think it is to heavy to only work whit chain saw.
varför...?
But I think for provit will be not so high?
Are these logs not very heavy?
they are nice machines build with massive know how and combining every aspect of the trade, kudos
Very expensive for a machine that can only handle small logs. I’m guessing it wouldn’t work very well on the side of a hill. What do you haul the machine to the site with? Really only seems useful if you’re cutting firewood on your own property.
Looks like fun but you could not make the payments on that setup hauling out 1/2 cord at a time. That small processor looks very expensive.
Sounds under powered
