Yes very much so! All of these survival aspects still apply. There are now some added zones, such as A3/Lantia that I also have videos for. Those are very end-game though and hard to do on an average play session.

The building needs to have a tall roof like a warehouse. Most places it will not work inside. To throw a curveball... some sheds with bare ground can have fires lit in them.
I think you need to go inside, on of the brutal aspects of the storm. Sometimes you are just out of luck if you spawn in during a storm and can't make it to a shack.

Haha for sure. I've heard of people buying the game just for Namalak because of streams they have watched. Trial by fire!
i did lol, i never had to build a fire on chernarus and wanted something new so i hopped straight on namalsk. It didnt go quite well hahha
I was having so much trouble with namalsk and died way to much, after this though things are ten times better. Thank you!

Pro Tip: Put a lit torch on the ground and then put all your wet clothes on top of it. It will dry them in like 10 seconds.

Good video for starters but don't carry a fireplace in your backpack, it will destroy your stamina.
