This recipe is great! It feels melt in your mouth too!. And it also does not seem too sweet, so I will not have to cut the sugar. Previously i tried some other recipe that had too much cornstarch, which ruined the taste. This recipe is just nice and easy to follow.

非常棒!成品酥香,糖粉量准确。应该是我的黄油温度还太低,所以面团太硬,实在花了九牛二虎之力去做花样,所以形状差强人意。接下来我会尝试用可可粉和抹茶粉,再让黄油融化得好一些,温度高一些,应该就没问题了。

I used this recipe to make raspberry butter cookies and they were heavenly. I’ve tried many other recipes prior to this and all of them rose and expanded a little, but your recipe was the best. It held its shape well! Kudos!

tried making this today and its very good! note to all that the butter has to be veryyyy soft otherwise it will be super hard to pipe. i made this original flavour and the choc flavour (in the other video) today and i liked the original one ALOT more than the choc
I tried a few times. If the batter is too stiff, adding a bit of milk will help smooth out. Or you can melt down half of the butter and the other half soften completely.

试了好多配方 终于用你的配方成功啦,不过我想在这里补充一点我的想法,我看评论里好多人都遇到了配方完全和视频里一致但是面团硬到挤不出,我也是这个情况,可能是面粉筋性的原因。所以我最后在曲奇面糊里加了一点牛奶,软硬程度调整成和这个视频里一样,然后挤的时候非常顺滑,之后放冰箱一会儿再烤花纹都没有塌。口感超级好,没有因为加了液体而受影响。 谢谢你呀~~~
@@vivancuteify 这个跟面粉的筋性有关系呢。按照这个频道的食谱做出来面糊之后,我又加了5-10ml的牛奶,最后调整到和视频里一样软就好了,你可以先加5ml试试,不行的话就一滴一滴加直到和视频里一样就好~
昨天用這配方試做了,家人朋友都說真的好像香港的排隊商品小熊餅乾耶。

Tried making yesterday, it was so good although I think I overwhipped slightly as there were some small hard bits? Also I had trouble piping as the bag kept bursting but later used 2 piping bags, it was a breeze. Thank you for the wonderful recipe!

When I was doing the piping my dough was very hard and pipe super tough.
Could it be I didn’t fold enough?
Most likely due to overfold/ take too long to pipe, the longer the dryer the dough thus the harder it will be. So must be fast and make sure to cover well so dough wont dry out
I had the same problem. But towards the end when the dough got lesser, the piping was a breeze. So I thk can reduce the amount of dough in the pipe next time round to see if that’s the case.

Hi! Can I check why does my cookies sink after baking them? It was tall when I piped them out but it sinks during the baking process in the oven. Any idea if this is caused by over-beating of the butter mixture? Thanks!

Hi, may I ask, why the piping process is so difficult to squeeze up? I feel the cookies dough is not so moist , that’s why when pulling out, it’s not so smooth. Does this related to what brand of butter we use or the the 裱花嘴,will make the process more harder. Please advise .
I have the same issue too and I gave up of squeezing those but with shaping those in round and press with fork 🤦🤦🤦

4:38 的时候有说。要拿去冰箱冷却一下,好让牛油定型。 我之前不晓得牛油最后要定型的时候也试过,饼干挤在烤盘上时,個個立正站好,美,真美!後來進烤箱5分鐘以後,呵呵....大型翻車現場😓😓
19度室溫這個食譜做不出來唉 太硬了 要放60度烤爐回溫麵團10分鐘才能擠

»baking time varies depending your own oven, adjust accordingly. For even more melt in your mouth texture can bake lesser.

@@maggielau7278 你的面团应该是加入面粉后翻拌过度了。不然就是拌好放置太久了,越久会越硬噢。像影片说的裱花袋要买厚的,不然就试看放双层
