I need a coach, I can’t drive with the wheel pointing up as much, it’s probably braking technique but it shows me just how much work I need to do.
If you can do it, having a throttle and brake trace on screen would be the icing on the cake! ❤

P. S. Do you use gopro chin mount?
In the Zone.. Great POV....best on board I've seen camera wise. Does give a better sense of the speed and reaction in real time.

Don't know why they even have outside or inside edges of tracks anymore. Most tracks, like this one, just add more area to the corners. Need to have severe drop offs, so if you go off track you pay. Or big enough curbs that make you pay if you hit them. Then these people will respect track boundaries. But people like Norberg can get a new chassis whenever they want.

Y do so many drivers run the gopro on the kart instead of on the helmet? Are there rules against having it on ur helmet? This is such an awesome angle!
Yes. SKUSA does not allow helmet mounted cameras.

I’m guessing the camera is on the helmet because when he looks to the right I doubt his body would be able to turn that much.

Sadly almost every race series has banned cameras attached to helmets. There is this wide spread idea that they cause critical injuries if you hit your head on the ground. As far as I am aware, this idea has came up in motosport because of assumptions made around Shumi's traumatic injury skiing. He did have a GoPro attached to the camera but no evidence has ever been definitively proven that the GoPro is what caused the injury to be so bad. Since then, there have been multiple studies which have shown that cameras attached to helmets do not show a statistically significant increase in traumatic brain injuries. They are ubiquitous in all other action sports but for some reason, karting sanctioning bodies almost unilaterally ban them.
@@spencergiles72 Is it not because they could fly off the helmet and hit someone in the face at 50mph+ (or go under someone's wheel causing a pileup)? Was always my assumption, not sure if it has anything to do with schumacher but I could be wrong
@@jamie.goodson So require tethers... They allow Gopros attached to the karts so I don't think its because of the possibility of them coming off.

What mychron data do you look at seeing you tape most of the screen off?
