Thanks for the talks; quite enjoy listening to the reminder as to why I should continue and deepen my Kriya practice. I had my 1st Kriya initiation through Paramahamsa Hariharanda's ashram - who is also a disciple of Shri Yukteswar and Yogananda. I hope to listen to more details on Kriya to deepen my "abhyas".

***** Kriya Yog is accessible to the common man. But it is not yet a part of the normal curriculum in public or private institutions as yet. The world population is still too materially minded to be seeking Divinity en masse, but it will come as we move closer to Treta Yug. ~3~ HY

Of course, anything is possible. But one must first focus on a more attainable goal, which is silencing the mind. One cannot jump the fence. Take it step by step: Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi. this is Patanjali's Eightfold Path to Enlightenment ॐ
