It’s drive for show put for dough, golf is a mental game. It’s how will you can calm yourself after being flustered. I did very well and driving a ball. My average was 300 yards but that damn putting I could drive for two putt for six. Again under pressure when you’re playing with somebody is different than nobody being at a driving range, my brother and I would go play Pitchin with 4 foot wide fairways if you could stay in one of those fairways train to hit the ball straight, but with me it was always about the walk and talk like who you golfing with have good conversations and fuck up as much as you possibly you can learn how to get yourself into trouble and then get yourself out. I loved smacking my balls into the woods and then seeing how I could get out with the least amount of strokes.
