Welcome to Thailand, I am Thai and live in Chiang Mai. The weather during this period is not very hot and comfortable. But during the day it will be a little hot. It will start to get hot again around February and March. The hottest is around April and May. But I live in the country, not in the city. what brand of eyeliner do you use?, it's so pigmented :)
I am not wearing any eyeliner or anything on my waterline in this video! My mascara is: L'Oréal Telescopic (Carbon Black).
If you’re struggling to find an eyeliner that works for you, I love putting a black eyeshadow on a small flat brush and placing it on my waterline on nights out. It makes my eyes pop! It doesn’t smudge as easily and is so pigmented!
