Thanks to all who watch these daily videos as well as my AdamTheWoo channel . Always trying to put out decent constant content . Lots of dark stuff lately but mostly because I/m trying to fit in all the interesting stuff before leaving LA . Hope you enjoy the mishmash of fun
love the dark history/murder locations...
I love the dark stuff too! Great video!!!! "The sewer known as Hollywood Blvd" HA HA! Hilarious and so true!!
There isn't any content you've recorded that i haven't liked yet. Keep up the great work, Mr. Woo!!!
great variety!
Just wanted to say that I am twice as entertained with the Woovian World now that you edit the vlog ! So much fun to watch!
I cant imagine living on the spot where her body was found
Shari Newman I’d make a shrine on the garden
@@cpldalton5966 I would put a body there
@@Ice-fg9jc um, ok...
@@cpldalton5966 Body of Work by Pamela Slim a great read. Were you thinking something else? You have a sick mind a very sick mind.
Ice 11 well, there’s no question about that
If that fire hydrant could talk...RIP, Elizabeth.
kgmaj if a hydrant could talk, wow ,who says that
@@nadiazahroon6573 A lot of people including myself who wants this case solved. It's called a figure of speech.
IT WOULD SAY STOP PISSING ON ME!
THE POLICEMAN: HEY HYDRANT TELL MY WHAT YOU SAW
THE HYDRANT: I CAN TALK BUT NOT SEE STUPID
"There's a turtle back there counting his money." Lolol that's a great out of context quote.
I love these vlogs with historical content. Although Hollywood has become a Petri dish, I'm glad to see the historical architecture still standing. The Wiltern is an awesome theater.
Thats because your an idiot
Absolutely love your channels Adam and your love for movies and history! I genuinely look forward to seeing my notifications for when you have a new video ready. Keep it up!
No matter if the content is light or dark, Adam, you never disappoint! Everything is interesting, and as an Historian myself I'm glad you have a wide spectrum of things of talk about on these vlogs. :) Thank you for sharing them!
This makes me miss your adamthewoo uploads more and more, Every time I watch one of your videos concerning this type of topic..... Always love your Small town tour videos as of lately but still... I'm an Old School Guy and would love to see more thing lings like your Origins. Loyal Fan always :)
Another great vlog Adam!
Thanks for taking the time to research and find these places.
Bunch of hustlers out here 😅😂
Thank you for all your hard work in making these !
The Music Box steps were a must-see for me when I was in L.A. Lots of Laurel and Hardy locations in Culver City as well. Love those guys.
I love these darker history videos.
thanks buddy . Trying to mix it up a bit
+adamthewoo really interesting vlog.
thank you for such great info.
Yes it is interesting. Helps us see the "dark side" and consider how/why this sort of thing happens.
Dennis Smith agree!
I just discovered your collection of great videos. Your videos and commentaries are incredibly interesting that I just clicked to become a new subscriber! Great job!!!
Adam, I enjoy your videos and glad I stumbled upon your channel way way way back when. You were down in Florida breaking (umm I mean exploring) into an abandoned arena to bring us some video shots of the many floors and back rooms within the facility and have been a fan and interest of you two channels The Daily Woo and Adam The Woo ever since. I live in Waterloo, Iowa and I think I saw you at Lincoln park in downtown Waterloo, and saw your white camper beast as well. Keep it up and enjoy all of your research and videos of this great country of ours. :)
Also, Adam, you've captured by chance a very rare video of a skateboard actually breaking in an epic skate fail...usually it is bones breaking in half!
I absolutely love these vlogs. I too am interested and fascinated by all aspects of history. You are doing an awesome job mixing the content up. I appreciate your work, Mr Woo! 😘
I love how you go to all those spooky places that's amazing wish I was there.
Hollywood is one of the most dirtiest places I have ever been!
You might wanna stay away from New York City then buddy. I’m from NYC .Trust me it’s 100% crazy son.
@@jeffcallan5790 I liked it better when it was a lot filthier than it is now.
jeff callan thats why i live in suburban ohio!
As are all bastions of liberalism.
Yeah, if you were talking about dirtiest places to go it’s in the conversation.
Hey Adam!!I have always been very curious and interested about the Black Dahlia..i mistakenly clicked on a site that actually showed the pics of her body..never got that outta my mind..but this was a great tour..so i very much appreciate you taking us all with you..Love both of your channels
The Wiltern! In High School, ditched school, drove from San Diego and waiting 7 hours in the rain to see David Bowie on what would be his last tour. I'll never forget it as long as I live. Thank you for showing that!
An awesome day Adam! I always learn something new from the Woo!!!
That skateboard jump at 11:30 was insane? I hope he was alright!
Tommy TwoGun that’s the Hollywood high stair set, world famous skateboard spot.
Now I realize why I never wanted to visit Los Angeles.
Thank you very much Adam for the great education on LA county! Lived here all my life and learned a lot from your videos! Sad to see you leave, however I know I will be learning a gread deal more about the rest of the states! Rock on!!
Yet another awesome vlog, Mr. The Woo! Ironically, I was just up at Hollywood Blvd a few weeks ago and I grabbed a shot of that mural of John Ritter just for you!
I found adam the woo through real ghost stories online and have been a fan of both since, the dark vlogs are cool. thanks adam
Adam, I love these darker toned videos, and all of your other videos, and I have been a subscriber since 2012. Good luck on moving outta California!
You should check out the zodiac sites in Vallejo and Napa if you get a chance
James Sandusky that would be very interesting!!!!!!!!!!
Luv your vids Adam ... this was a nostalgic one for me since I grew up about three blocks away from the Shakespear bridge and frequented Marshall High in our family walks as a kid... keep em comin' ... I'm hooked on the Whoo ...!!!
I love the variety!
I find the dark stuff really interesting!
Love your channels :)
Excellent bit of research, always enjoyable to watch and listed to, Go Adam
John Ritter ROCKED. We lost him way too soon.
I agree with you so much
you mr woo are back...well done video...this new start is good for you woo...keep on digging into the past...
The recent LA videos have been really enjoyable-cheers Adam.
I was wondering if you were going to do a video on the black dahlia after your last couple of videos. I'm glad you did. It's a very dark subject, but intriguing nonetheless (nice u visited my favorite High School from movies and TV!). All in all, this is probably your best LA vlog so far. Keep 'em coming!
aye love the daily WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! something i look forward to every day :D
ooh this was big back in the day. The crime scene photos are GNARLY. My mom grew up in L.A. and her dad was best friends with the lead detective on this case.
Another awesome L.A vlog ! You missed the Biltmore Hotel in downtown though, the Black Dahlia was last seen alive there I think
Plus countless movies where filmed there, maybe a tip for another vlog
Hey Adam ...great video !!!! Funny thing was My girlfriend and I went to see Amon Amarth at the Wiltern Theatre ( the one you showed on Wilshire Blvd.) back on Sat , May 21st. Also the crazy thing was is that we went to the very same location that day before the show to see the extact Black Dahlia murder area was....now you feature it in a VLOG.....Epic and Great!!!!!! thanks Adam!
Love your vlogs with historical locations. I, like you, love history, either the ancient past or the recent past. I always find it fascinating. By the way, I did look up The Black Dahlia. I can understand why you didn't want to show any photos from the crime scene. Very gruesome.
Wow Adam! Didn't know you were in Guttermouth. I grew up loving Guttermouth. Im from Ontario Canada and saw guttermouth play in detroit. Love those guys!
That was a really good vlog today Adam . Very mixed and entertaining
Great vid Adam. i wasnt familiar with the Black Dahlia murder, and when i looked it up, holy sh*t. Crazy. I love that you include all kinds of subject matter in you vlogs. keep up the good work.
I saw a van just like yours last night at a movie theater but no ford steering wheel cover....xmen was awesome btw
I'm guessing the structure at the front is to protect anyone walking under the decorative masonry as it's prone to fall when it gets old
My favorite unsolved mystery! Thank you!!
Aww man! I wish I would of known how close you were to LA. My sister works at the fantasy factory (rob dyrdek). Everytime I visit I get all access to the entire place. Would have loved to get you in there to to a vlog and see what its like now that the show is over and maybe even meet rob himself.
I would love to check that out
Jake Weber j
Nice touch of vibrato to your Star Wars"esque" opening to the vid
I like history thats dark too but if it's like murder its even more intresting..you matched the exact location. It sends chills up my spine! Thanks bud!
The clear structure in front of the school reminds me of I.M. Pei's pyramid at the Louvre. It looks like the kind of thing for weapon and drug searches. I recently noticed that security screening rooms for courtrooms are often pre-fabricated add-on structures that don't match preexisting classic architecture.
I just found your channel. These videos are great!
Adam, the victim of the bicycle accident has to be called "The Bike Dahlia" 😝
The Black Fallia.
ThrummerOfLove a year later and I still laugh at this
Algoma One 😂😂😂
Great video! I was hoping you would be filming the Black Dahlia locations one day. Thanks for keeping it respectful.
Great work Adam !!
and yet another great video, thanks Adam, great vlog
7:02 ,, it's to herd the sheep through while they're metal detected/wanded.
love the history of America you put in and the crime scenes like that one we don't get to see or know of keep doing this Adam brill
That was very cool! It was awesome to see gutter mouth I've been wondering how they sounded adamthewoo
Adam, please consider covering the old Cecil Hotel and Elisa Lam mysterious death. Really eerie stuff...
it'll happen
Have you done the Morrison Hotel yet,or Clifton's Cafeteria?
+thrummer1953 I suggested Clifton's too. :) that's the most amazing California history, slightly creepy place I have ever been to.
Great minds think alike it seems.I have boyhood memories of that place.
Yes! I believe my grandma took me when I was around 8. And my mom took me after that. Then I took my niece probably around 10 years ago. I have only been there since before the remodel. I hear you can't walk up the steps into the little cathedral anymore and that it's super fancy. I remember it being dark and filled with some really off the wall Catholicism meets.. mysticism meets transcendentalism I guess?
I dig the new DailyWoo format !!!!!!! Keep it up!!!!
Thanks Adam the vlog was awesome. See your point about not going into detail after looking up photos of the murder. BTW your comments on the sewer are so true, it has to be the worlds largest open asylum with visitors and patients in one big soup.
Great stuff as always - spooky stuff too yay!! ;P
You need to do Beverly Hills, 90210 filming locations before you leave :)
You are very funny, educated and entertaining..love it!
Love all your stuff ,I'm not financially fit to donate but your stuff & edits are awesome !👍🏻
Adam, if you ever travel through Iowa and want to make a few quick stops, I know some haunted locations. It'd be awesome to meet a fellow traveler.
Loved your video. Interesting and loved that you showed the LA vibes , my kinda place
Yo Adam, great video as always. Considering you are doing some "darker" videos of L.A., you should check out the Cecil hotel. That place has some pretty gruesome history, and would make for an awesome video in my opinion.
It's strange to see John Marshall HS and think that my dad went to school there until 1944, just a few years before this. Weird. Also Crossroads is a place where Huell Howser once worked (if memory serves). Another awesome vlog.
I learn stuff everyday watching this channel
I really love the historical vlogs
That thing at Marshall HS was for searches and were they check students and visitors with the metal dictators. For weapons and other things like tagging markers.
I love your vlog. I am also somewhat of a historian. Thank you for all the videos and information.
I live in an area with many public schools. I'm sure they built the new front entrance to help funnel the students to make it easy to go through metal detectors.
There is also the Jim Morrison motel room, and the site of the old Pacific Ocean Park pier (POP).The Huntington Library is gorgeous.
Yes , I would love to see a vlog about Jimbo and the Doors !
Very interesting vlog, Thank you, Adam. “Are you with me Doctor Woo? Are you really just a shadow of a man that I once knew?”- Steely Dan song excerpt
Adam your videos are the best thing ever
Hi, I was born in Oakland CA and her body was laid to rest in Mountain View Cemetary here in Oakland. I was born in Oak Knoll naval base on the same street as the cemetary
Hey, Adam "the woo." Love your videos. I am going to be in L A September 22-25, 2017 for the 40th anniversary reunion of Chips. Would love to meet up with you. You could do a blog on chips.
I love your history tours.
Adam , the southern hospitality will welcome you, but Cali will miss u ,too...
That was Awesome! Thanks Adam!
5:42 OH MY GOD IT’S MY HIGH SCHOOL!
Good one again Adam.
The flute scene had me cracking the hell up !!!! How random.....🤦🏽♀️
The hat grab has to stay haha awesome as always Mr Woo :)
this was cool something i didn't know i was interested in, god speed man! living the life
Love this ! She was from Medford, Massachusetts like me.
I decided to google The Black Dahlia photos.......Bad idea haha. Also that backside 180 kickflip at 11:30 was huge. And ironically just a few weeks ago I was looking at the chateau Hollywood apartments online to see what the rent cost was. LA has so many stores connected to everything it's crazy.
Damn Gruesome photos, aren't they? Poor girl.
I did the same thing. Big mistake! I can never unsee those photos! 😖
Yup…DO NOT Google that!!!!!!! (I did 😮😮) baaaaaad idea.
Love the random Batman, and he was on the batphone too ..maybe he was talking to the guy just to his left? :D
Great vlog again as usual. Love the tour of L.A which I will be going to in june of 2017. Thank you kindly for your hard work and entertainment. I have started watching all your vlog's from #1 to 676 at this point and every one gets a like from me. Good luck in your future trips and talk to you soon. BYE.
u deserve a subscribe u do awesome vids dude
Roosevelt Hotel and Cecil Hotel would be great places to visit before leaving LA.
I learn a lot from you more than I did in school LOL
hi adam i wash your blogg every day keep up the goof work
I would predict that the structure in front of the school was there for prom or a school dance, since it's the season for those type of things. Maybe it was lit up at night for the dance. Just a thought.
I think it's an earthquake structure. The artwork on the front of the building will probably break off in a quake, and the structure is there as protection...
Graduation.
Found the answer

searchlight17 Was correct.
Fascinating subject matter (Black Dhalia). Other great moments in this vlog..."Not this sewer, that sewer!" Also the Jimmy Kimmel for Vice President sign at 11:01 was great. 😀 I visited the area in March and was also amused at the cast of characters on Hollywood Blvd.
Amazing story! Love your vlogs!!
Adam I enjoy the mix of dark stuff kind of a Adam the woo unsolved mysteries type thing la crimes and Los Angeles places rock on Adam
