I suddenly became very calm while listening to this. Beforehand I was navigating anxiety about a friend of mine who misread a message I sent her in a group chat which generated a sense of unease and anxiety. I expressed what my words meant but continued to feel anxious. I found my way here and I’m so glad I did. I trust that the truth will be honored and heard and that a resolution will be found with open communication. What is important is that I listen to her feelings and mine as well. I have struggles finding my words and speaking what i want to say but within minjtes of listening while i was having a conversation with a friend i instantly stopped stuttering and found clarity and calculated thoughts and sentences being formed i also listened to a light body activationbefore this and i now feel more aware and like i have eyes on the back of my head and eyes into the spirit realm
I love how this music helps me to enter a deep state of relaxation and meditation.

Hello, I listened to this for this first time a few nights ago and I had some unsettling symptoms. I wasn't sure if they could be connected or not? I listened before heading to bed and it was so relaxing, but the next morning I woke up with a feeling I've never really felt before. I was deeply sad, and felt like I couldn't find my voice. I felt physically quiet, I couldn't muster volume. It felt as if something was wrong but I had no idea what. I didn't want to talk to anyone, or speak whatsoever. I was just incredibly sad. I couldn't shake this feeling for the entire day and night. Has anyone experienced anything like this? I don't know much about chakras, I am just beginning to learn. Thank you for any insight you can give.
Yes you are clearing the pain that’s stuck, it’s coming out of you bit by bit. I encourage you to keep listening to this and focusing on clearing your throat by letting out any emotional energy via physical movement, journaling, being in nature, doing anything you love, or just being quiet and sitting with your thoughts.

I had this vision of the shadow selves, like silhouettes of black gooey tar hearing all that's going on outside the body and comes up from behind the eyes and peaks out to see what's going on or whose talking, because they've become interested.. the body is like the planets and all the personalities are humanity.. at one point feeling trapped inside, in this black gooey heavy stinky tar, until they realize they are being talked about, no, talked to, yes you they say to the mental shadow, you have a voice, and the shadow knew what it felt like to fly in the open sky for that moment 🥰🙏🤗💖
