Hello Timothy! Good video. Great home! #1) I love the Fireplace in the Living Room. Not sure if it was a Wood-burning Fireplace but it looked like it - if not, that's what I'd change it too if possible, and gas otherwise. But I hope I'm right and it was a Wood-burning Fireplace. #2) The Flex Room would be turned into my Music Studio Room, enclosed and soundproofed. No barn doors. I'd have to close off one of the doors completely and put a extra wide solid door where the other one is. #3) The Guest Bedroom next to the flex room would be my Library Office Room, with a small sitting area with carpet in there. #4) The other Guest Bedroom and the Guest Bathroom would be left as is. That a good great Guest Bathroom! That big closet you called a big linen closet we'd simply use as a Storage Closet as there is already a place for linen in there. I can also think of a few more things to use it for! #5) The Kitchen is very nice! I love all the cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms! I'm not fond of the sink being in the island but in this case there's not much choice. We don't need a dishwasher though, so remove it and put another cabinet or drawers there. Love where the microwave is located. I'd want a Gas Cook Stove. #6) In the Dining Room I would make one of those 3 windows into a door and build a patio or porch outside the dining room, enclosed. Y Grandma's China Cabinet candy go in two different places in the dining room , I think. #7) The Utility Room is neat. The furnace and water heater are both in there where they belong! I believe there's room for a small Upright Freezer in that spot you spoke about. We'd build a Garage outside that back door and build a Storage unit in it and a big Pantry and a place for a big Freezer. #8) In the Master Bathroom I'd have to change the tub for a Handicapped Tub. The Tile Shower needs a door and a bench seat (we can put a seat in it ourselves). I didn't see a door on the Closet, so that would have to be fixed, a Pocket Door maybe. But, it looked like there was plenty of room around the commode area for me to be comfortable without hitting any walls or anything! For once. And I liked the Vanity too. Master Bedroom is a nice size and we'd have carpet in there. #9) Porches would be added around as much of the house as possible, some enclosed and some just covered, but mostly enclosed. Again Timothy, good video. A pretty nice house. My changes, except for the two rooms being turned into my rooms, are minor I think. Thanks for showing this to us. Variation on this home with the wood cabinets I like and prefer also the traditional style fireplace looks so much better than the elongated electric fireplace. Love the kitchen and laundry room. The only thing I would change is to remove the cubbies thing in the laundry room and have more cabinets both upper and lower with a counter top put in. Fantastic that the Water heater is in a closet with a door. The other thing I would do is the front window I would either move or delete so I have a place for My hanging wall hutch.
