Hey man. I'm not sure exactly what you mean. But first of all you have to follow the steps at 1:03 and make sure your export screen looks like that. Now, if you have a standard 16:9 format monitor (basically all monitors except ultrawide), the video viewer app will show you black bars. This is because it is a 21:9 video and your screen is a 16:9 format. So this just proves that it works. If you upload the footage to youtube, youtube will show the footage in 21:9. And when watching youtube in default mode, you will not see any black bars. Hope this helped man. If not, please explain further. What are your export settings, do you want the footage to be 21:9?

IT'S GREAT BUT CZcams DOESN'T ALLOW YOU TO ADD END SCREEN ANNOTATIONS IN 21:9 FORMAT.

Hmm i'm not sure which panel youre in. Here are some different examples:
If its *sequence settings*: You have to choose the "custom" preset at the top of the panel. If you choose a premade preset from that dropdown it will lock the resolution numbers.
if its *New sequence*: Press any preset sequence and then go to "Settings" in the top. Important thing is to set "Editing Mode" to Custom (also in the top) From here you can change the resolution to your liking.
