Great info and video. it is very interesting watching the bullet trace as the air is distorted by the supersonic flight of the bullet. Being able to follow your my own shots is a skill I need to work on.
me and my friends tried shooting long range for the first time couple days ago. 300m 450m 600m. we had 20inch wide steel plates painted in white. targets were standing on the ground secured with wood frame and sand bags. but we couldn't really tell if a shot was a hit or miss. (sand splashing could be either direct hit on sand bag or a hit on a target.) also all we had was a 10x binocular. it there any tips and tricks on how to spot where the bullet hit? where should the spotter be placed?
