In the original video, Marine explains to the other members that, after mentioning the idea of doing VA audition for her game, Marina Inoue and Misato Fukuen contacted her saying they were interested. From then on we can assume that through Marine's natural social ability, and the seiyū's connections, they were able to get that many people on the project.
Marine has an extensive network even before she became Marine.
