I think that was his personal opinion and i support him on it. Politics is very polarizing. If you are not making millions out of singing politics leave it and sing about love unless you are an activist. I wont attend live show for one budding artist cos i know he is too much tanga tanga..somehow i came to dislike his music cos of that affiliation. I know there many of us like that and he has not been in the industry for 5 years. How will he make 40 years career like Msaimo if he polarizes his fans along politics.

I remember i used to read old Time Magazine my brother who was in university used to bring back home on vacation, back then in 80's. He was classy then. i used to love Volvo Cars adverts and would tear them off and paste them on my mud built room wall, especially where on entry they ( well the girls) would have the first glance on. Little did i know 23 years later i would be in UK and bought my first car, Volvo S60. Kweri, life is for the living. so dream it and live it!
Back then i remember, I once visited Musaimo when he wanted to do up a new studio. it was top up floor. I then was working for an electronic shop whose core business was tape copying and selling. The operation was on top floor and guarded like a bank, i remember most but specifically the Mananja Boys used to frequent the music shop downstairs which was owned by the wife for their dues only to be told to come back next day, they were simply claiming their copyright dues naive of how many of their cassettes sold.
The artists have written and produced their music, they paid for the production they gave you a copyright and then they queues for a pay. Crazy!
