- My Dad passed away April 5th after being home on Hospice care for nearly a week. His passing was so peaceful. He was ready to go to his new home in Heaven. He has been ready for a long time. My Dad, who was 90 years old, got Covid and was hospitalized for a week, then sent home on Hospice. He was in bad health prior to Covid and his body just couldn't fight it.
I was able to be at his bedside as he took his last breath. I am so thankful for that. Thank you for watching this video to honor my father. ~ Terri

So sorry for your loss. What a tribute! He was blessed to have you! Isn't Hospice great? My Mom died under Hospice care just over 2 years ago. She was almost 96. I was her caregiver for nearly 10 years. I wasn't able to be with her at the end because I had slipped and fallen a week earlier and wasn't able to get back to the hospital to be with her. At least my sister and niece were with her when Jesus said it was time!

We so miss the ones we love, but it is just a short time till we will be with them again. How glorious he has gone home to the Lord. Pearl is passing the tissues. How great he was taken home. Now is a time to rejoice because your dad is bowing before the Lamb.
This has been great help to us after loosing all our parents in such a short time. They all went home, and will be with them again. Jim & Pearl

This was such a moving tribute. I am happy to hear he passed peacefully and with you and your mom could be present at his bedside. And that the hospice nurse could be with you. Terri, thank you for sharing your story of your experience of life and death with your father. It was very comforting to him the family was there in his time of need. Sorry for your loss and of course you are aware of the resurrection through Jesus Christ. The Memorial of Jesus ransom sacrifice was commemorated on the evening of April 4 after sundown into April 5 of this year. The Jewish day was from sundown to sundown. It was a full moon that evening. This may bring you more comfort.
