Now that is a great momentum lift for leafs....that was only his fifth goal...in his career,this guy plays hard...
I always felt sorry for Marincin because he was constantly the subject of ridicule and derision in Toronto and I’m sure he knew it. He’s a career minor leaguer, he accepted it and was totally comfortable with that reality - he never once complained about having to play in the minors. He was only brought up when needed such as injury. So he was often put in a position not suited for him. But those days are over. Hope he’s happy playing in Europe, where he’s originally from.
