I'm curious, does anyone else want to see a side by side FCX10 Blazer vs TRX4 Blazer video, of is it just me?
I think it would be cool seeing the two of them in a direct comparison. What little differences in the body that can be found, differences in performance, weight distribution...
Who else wants to see something like this?
I would love to see it too…especially since everyone seems to be already comparing them…it’s cheaper yes…it has dig function…trx4 has locking diffs and 2 speed already…I have a trx4 blazer(black)for couple years now all stock electronics..put wheels and tires and brass diff cover in front…no issues. But if I break something I can most likely go to a local hobby shop and get what I need to fix it and be back riding within a day…Something on this thing breaks and your not driving it for at least a week while waiting on parts. I have an old version 1/18 fms lc80 that’s on its third gearbox assembly. Also have the new FCX18 lc80 that’s much better than the old one but I’m not sure I agree with all the CZcamsrs that say it’s better than trx4m..at least as far as crawling over obstacles and such.

I remember when people ragged about the trx4 having remote locking diffs and wanted simplicity. Times have changed.

It looks really nice. They definitely took some inspiration from the Trx4 and SCX10iii. I guess the only thing I would worry about is durability. That's a ton of features that could potentially go south. I for sure love the radio it comes with. Looking forward to seeing some mods and different wheel and tire combos. 👍🏼
You should do a followup on the FCX10; what do you like, what do you dislike, what has been broken, what has been upgraded

How do the light hook up? Does it look like aftermarket ESCs and motors will work with them? Sometimes the turn signals and reverse lights act odd

Hello, I own a TRX4M and I would like to change the electronics. I have the Furitek avatar radio system but is it better to install the tegu 24 pro esc or pyton rxf 40A/70A?
I agree. It looks nice and performs well. My first choice would be my Mashigan or the FJ40 for the trials regardless.
This is making me really reconsider a 4x the cost decked out VRD carbon build.

that terrain and course out there is amazing. i'm in nor-cal and its so empty out here. best place is out in the desert in so-cal where they run both full size and rc size rigs.
But where do you see this fit? it seems too expensive for kids, and too many gimmicks for rock crawlers. slotting it between the ascent and vanquish in terms of price, is all what it does actually useful or just the fully locked diffs vs unlocked - a smasher vs a lc from fms.
i bought one earlier today. cant wait for it to get here. do you know if you can remove the tint from the windshield? i want to put a FPV camera in the cab

I would not take it over a gladiator because I’m a gladiator fanatic, but I would take it over the TRX4.

i'd recommend to go w 2s nimh's ,its more than enough for all crawlers, i am switching from lipos to 2s nimh after years, but its only my opinion😂

I’m new to these newer crawlers, how do I know what battery to get for this? Type and connection needed?
It usually shows on the specs on websites. This can run on 2s or 3s full size batteries with XT60 connectors. I have a 2s 5200mah lipo waiting for mine and should fit perfect

It would be tricky to mount. You would need to make some sort of mount unless another scx10 or trx4 bumper would fit. The radio has enough channels to run the winch
So how would you replace the motor & esc with all those channels?
Grab a radio/rx combo that has the extra channels. The Radiomaster MT12 is a good one and fairly priced.
