Yep, Bleeding Heart was included on Rebirth’s Japanese version of the album. Then, in 2002, Angra launched an EP called Hunters And Prey in which this song was included as well. But Bleeding Heart was definitely recorded in the same time as the other Rebirth’s songs
Christ Reacts this song sounds completely different than anything else Angra has done so far. That’s probably why you think it doesn’t seem to be from that Album. I remember back in the day I really hated this song when I first listened to it, since it had nothing to do with the type of music I wanted to listen from Angra back then. Nowadays I’m older and I’ve changed my mind and taste a couple times, and this song sounds really good to me.
Hunters and Pray is a EP. With some songs that they left out of the Rebirth album. Bleeding heart is just one of this songs(a ballad) and not a bonus track. In this same EP you can listen to 'Caça e caçador'(hunter and prey) that is sang in portuguese. And have a strong influence of a brazilian folk music style called "baião", thats is from northeast region of Brazil. Also the First track(Live and Learn) is insanely fast and technical.

React Aqua, from 2010, many people don't like this album, but i think there 's a lot of amazing songs, or Aurora Consurgens from 2006 (the album before aqua), it's very prog and the lyrics talk about mental problems, it was the last album with Aquiles Priester(yes, he did a audition to enter in Dream theater), the drums on this album is amazing for sure.

Actually it was a bonus track in Japan. I know that because I used to own the Japanese version of Rebirth (CD) with Bleeding Heart as a bonus track!
