翻车了😂。烧烤的话一定要提早生火,等碳的外层完全开始燃烧了(灰色,没有黑色的碳了)才能开始烤。羊腿要烤挺长时间的,而且要闭着盖子焖烤,你一会儿开一下盖子,热气都跑了

羊腿太大了, 把羊腿肉切下来弄成羊肉串就烤的快多了, 羊腿还是要腌一段时间才好,朋友一起吃饭做饭就是很有乐趣。

You need to get your coals going fully before you even consider cooking, generally next time get yourself an old paint bucket or something and make it a coal starting pit, once the coals are all going and hot then transfer into the grill tank, arrange the coal on sides so you can have an oven zone and a sear zone. leave the lamb leg in the lower heat section and only leave it on high when finishing.
