Trinity - RMHC of Greater Charlotte & Isabella Santos Foundation

Trinity visits Charlotte from Florida twice a year as a part of the rare tumor program at Levine Children's Hospital, funded by the Isabella Santos Foundation. RMHC of GC is where sisters can be sisters, and most importantly, be together during the holidays and tough times.
