I felt that too; I feel Bailey tries to have too much control in her dancing and ends up looking stiff. The loose but sharp style of dancing Nicole shows to me gives off a more experienced and flexible vibe. I can tell what Bailey is trying to pull off, but the style she’s going for still requires some looseness and a smoother flow.

Honestly I liked the girl on the left better.....
I don't think that we could compare these two girls in dancing because I think that Nicole is maybe gooder at this register because of her fluid movement and Bailey is more focus on her dance or an her style on hip-hop vibes. So Nicole looks like she's better, but maybe if we take a song not in the kind of zumba style, Bailey will be better
