Zarek acting strange I think comes both from Zilaros and Zarek himself comsuming too much alcohol. There's cutscene when Zilaros found Zarek strange (Zilaros was thinking inside and not speaking out loud, thus it's save to say Zilaros wasn't yet mainly responsible for Zarek's sistuation), however as Zarek became worse, Zilaros was feeded up with his twin and decided to slowly take the crown for himself
I've seen a lot of people confused about this, but this video seems to expose it well. Zarek is not acting strange out of the blue for no reason, it's Zilaros' doing. When Zilaros and Zarek reunite, Zarek tries exposing him but gets gaslighted by Zilaros as he's hushed down and deemed in shock. It doesn't help that Zarek's blunder makes everyone lose faith in him and side with Zilaros. At the very end, Zilaros claims that Zarek has held the crown long enough. This is probably the most evident clue that Zilaros wants the thrown for himself.
When the word "Somewhere" appeared, it already triggered a suspicion in my mind... But when the word "madness" popped up in the dialogue, it confirmed everything - CJ IS A MC FAN (I'm going crazy).
I think that Order attacks Lavish not just because it leads through its territory, but because of the treasure that is there. They aren't really moving Lavish out of the way, they are there to take the treasure that the map says is there. The elementals that wanted to be gods like V didn't transform into the Chaos Empire, they created it. Other than that, I think your theory on Lunarclops' origin is pretty good.
now that i think about it, the chaos empire lack the riprider counterpart, i think having the normal ripptors as a unit for chaos and clicky as their general would be dope

Marrow Kai sounds so young, he is probably adicai revived as marrow Kai to help Medusa face order.
