Ys V: Kefin, Lost Kingdom of Sand Developed by Nihon Falcom, Published by Taito 1995 - Hry
The only Ys game that didnt got localize or remake
Or the only Ys game that never left Japan. Maybe it could get a 3D remake in Unreal Engine or Unity Engine on Nintendo Switch, 😂 PS4, and PC.
Nice walkthrough man! You really should do more of these walkthroughs!
What a great ending, thanks for playing
My favorite of the series, that its not known
Ugh...in the cave at like 1:30something. The back wall of the cave is closed...idk what I missed but I'm hating the thought of doing the waterfall area again
Everytime i tried to play Ys V i ran into graphical screen issues. When you first started playing did you run into this issues and if so how did you solved it?
No, I haven't had any issues, are you using an emulator or real hardware?
This game leads into Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana. Maybe there should be Nintendo Switch Online service based localizations of SNES games that never left Japan.
Adol lost the best weapon
Of part V in the beginning of part VIII😂
@@jacksomphounphakdy4092 That happened when the Lombardia was sunk by a mysterious creature.
Hi i have a question: this YsV is a patch on the expert version or the first one?
It's been a while but I'm fairly certain it's for the original version. There may be one for the Expert version by now but I'm not sure, sorry.
wonder if theyre ever gonna remake this game as well. Probably not.
Ys 3 was remade due to its negative perception amongst the community, and its unorthodox playstyle (for the series). Ys IV was remade because falcom never actually got to make Ys IV, so this was the first time they themselves made the game. But Ys V was made directly by them in the traditional Ys style. So I doubt itll get more than the Ys 1&2 treatment (same game, but touched up graphics).
Plus ys 4 dawn of ys is creepy. It was shocking to see the characters voice act.
It was remade for PS2, i'm waiting for a fan-translation for that version but it's never coming...sigh.
This game is not in the traditional Ys style at all. I would really appreciate a remake of the story in a more modern Ys play style. There are a lot of characters in the game you could put in a party.
@@Brand-pn5yz even Ys 1 had voice acting on the original hardware.
The best console
To play it on the original SNES hardware requires a reproduction cartridge.
With the translation patch you’ll need a reproduction, romcart (fxpakpro, etc), or the Voultar boards.
I might be interested in hiring you for some voice acting some time. :p
😅
I would love to play this game, couldn’t stand the other Ys games I played, Wanderers From Ys was awful, horrible controls and combat, not sure what the other one was but you didn’t even have an attack!!! To attack enemies you jjst walk into them
WTAF WERE THEY THINKING?!? Why did they think that would be a good idea?? Why have buttons on a controller if you’re going to program a game that doesn’t fully utilize them??? Nice to see that you have a pretty good attack in this Ys game
I haven't played any of the Ys games. I might start with this one. btw was that a AVGN reference?
Wanderer from ys got remake and its good, ys oath in felghana it is
Would be better if there were no talking and if we didn’t have to see your face.
